They covered everything we thought they would. The only negative was that the site kept saying they were waiting for more information from our vet. When we finally called, we found out that they were waiting for their person to view our dog’s records because it was our first claim. Hopefully in the future it won’t take so long to be reimbursed.

Fast process and easy to claim. the app has a little problem of not letting me entering the amount of invoice, but PC portal works great.

seems to have gone downhill, in my claim submissions
give them what they need and they make something more out of visit then it is, to get out of paying on claim
a pain in the butt and pocket, l
etting them know it isnt a wellcare visit but visits for on going medical issues with my dog. Two visits on stomach issues, an infection w/bleeding in gland and diarrhea

Pretty good customer service, care, and reimbursement. Submitting a claim is pretty easy, although the app is kinda trash, it always logs me off, so I'll have to find my password, so I just always log on with the Internet browser. Turnaround is fast, and contacting the team is also easy! Thank you for helping me take care of my bebes

Great customer service

Great customer service - fast and helpful. It wasn't cheap - bit vetinarians aren't cheap, I guess! But the supportive staff were great
We used them for years until we let our cat go.

This was the first time I’ve used pet insurance

This was the first time I’ve had pet insurance and made a claim. I listed every vet my dog had ever been to as requested. In processing my claim they requested records from all, which I certainly understand. However the various vet offices were apparently slow or not responding so I had to contact them for compliance. This went on for several months. When I called Embrace they confirmed just waiting on one vet, needed a diagnosis code.
My little dog is going on 10 years, our vet pretty sure has Cushings disease. For me, the $50 plus per month for insurance just doesn’t seem worth it anymore. I’ll put in a savings account for her instead. I had a $500 deductible and the insurance company did eventually pay my claim over that amount. The company seems ok, just more of a hassle than I expected.

Good service

There when I needed them

I've had Embrace Pet Insurance for years, but never made any claims. I just figured it was nice to have if anything were to happen. Unfortunately, something did happen. Very unexpectedly, and very suddenly, my dog got sick and had to be euthanized. I was able to file the claim quickly and 100% online and within a few days Embrace covered ~2/3rds of the total cost from her emergency visit. I was confused about the differences in coverage, apparently my pets don't have wellness coverage, and I'm not entirely certain what that is. It would've been a better all around experience if I Embrace had taken the time to educate me on that offering, but they still met my expectations once my dog's time had come.

Embrace claim interface is a winner!

The claim interface is very intuitive and easy to use. I have used it three times and each time successfully submitted a claim in a few minutes. The Embrace claims team is always very quick to respond.

Easy as 123

Submitting claims on the Embrace App is incredibly simple. We download and save your invoices and summaries and then upload. Takes all of two minutes and a few days later we receive our reimbursement. We're thankful for the great coverage and team at Embrace.

The claim submission process is very simple and painless.

The claim submission process is very fundamental and expeditious. Reimbursements are always processed timely. If there are any issues, staff provides very descriptive, concise rationale for action taken.

Embrace pays for covered illnesses

When Ozly was diagnosed with Lymphoma I wish I had a higher amount of insurance coverage, however the 80% has helped me/him so much and they immediately submit payment to my account. If I didn’t have this insurance my dog w/have been gone by now. I could have never afforded what these treatments, visits, meds, etc, are. I am grateful for this insurance and just wish I had 90% instead!!
