I had an issue connecting in France and was able to contact customer service promptly via chat. They sent me a new eSIM at no charge that worked perfectly. The customer service representative even checked back to see if everything was okay after they saw that the new eSIM was using some data. Fantastic product and helpful customer service.

5 stars service. I had an issue because of the airport wifi that was quickly resolved once using a good one. They have a cheap data plan for almost all middle east and on top of that they offered me a free esim. I highly recommend.

I did review their support as 5 stars in the past. However, today I had a horrible experience. I bought a SIM card with hotspot and it doesn't work as hotspot, support takes about 25 minutes for every message, gives me unclear suggestions and has communication skills similar to a chat bot.

I used this eSIM for a trip to the U.S. In the beginning I had a few issues, but the support was so great. We fixed it quikly and it worked just fine.

Great product and prompt support!

5 stars service

5 stars service. I had an issue because of the airport wifi that was quickly resolved once using a good one. They have a cheap data plan for almost all middle east and on top of that they offered me a free esim. I highly recommend.

Slow and bad support, no hotspot as advertised

I did review their support as 5 stars in the past. However, today I had a horrible experience. I bought a SIM card with hotspot and it doesn't work as hotspot, support takes about 25 minutes for every message, gives me unclear suggestions and has communication skills similar to a chat bot.

It just works.

First two worked great. But then had an issue with the top up function that just didn't seem to do anything. Talked to support (note they did take about 5 min to give me a live agent), and they resolved the problem for me pretty quickly by giving me a new esim.

The best customer service

Honestly there support is great had a issue with a esim they resolved it ASAP issued me a new esim and it worked great and only took 5 minutes thank you!

Solid so far in Albania

Solid so far in Albania
Bought a $0.94 1GB/7 days package while in Albania and been working great (including voice calls). I got a 10% discount on the first package.
When finished, I renewed by mistake for 1 day instead of 7. Customer support was quick to issue a refund and I got another 7 day package which I'll now use in Italy.

Works well in Peru (Claro network)

I have used the 5 GB for 30 days service in Peru. When I've got a signal of the provider Claro (In cities and in towns) 4G works well. Only in the mountans the was no, or limmited connection. The speed was enough for Google maps, whats app, email en some games. I didn't used it for Youtube or Spotify. Activating the e-sim to a working internet connection took 20 minutes. In that time I had a 4G connection, but no internet. I didn't have to change any (APN) settings. For 10,50 euro a great experience

Without question the easiest and most…

Without question the easiest and most effective bit of tech to keep me connected all through Canada and the USA. Cant praise this highly enough…..I have an Iphone 14Pro and everything was a complete doddle….Will deffo be using again.

Customer service was great

Customer service was great. I was changing my phone and installed eSIM cannot be transferred to the new phone, so they offered me a free eSIM to install on my new phone.

Stay away from this company especially…

Stay away from this company especially if your are visiting Barcelona, the connection is unstable and slow to the point that you can even have a conversation via WhatsApp without video. Seems to originate from Poland.

Revision:
I may have discovered the culprit. The reason for my intermittent connection was probably something to do with 4g and LTE network, after disabling these the connection stabilized, I wish I knew that and would have done it in advance, or at least informed about it.

Don't waste your money

Driving from Toronto to New York city, bought the esim prior to driving down had everything setup for when we crossed the border and about an hour after entering the USA data stopped working. We stopped for lunch, reset our phones turned the esims off and on and nothing. We used a total of 52 MB and it stopped working. During our trip, I tried turning on esim4travel again, and it still would not connect. To solve my problem the first day I bought the NOMAD Esim that I had used last year which worked flawlessly and this year it worked flawlessly again. Don't waste your money on something that is so cheap it won't even work in the city.

Really bad internet speed

Really bad internet speed, and not to mention constant disconnections (every few minutes), so you're unable to watch any kind of video content. Have used their e-sim, in Bosnia & Hercegovina, at the begining of August, 2024.

Using it in the US

Using it in the US. Has a download rate of below 1 Mbit/s (!) and is therefore hardly usable. Roots all traffic over some Polish server. Complete rubbish.

Very bad connection…

Very bad connection…
I’m using it in Canada and the speed is very slow and sometimes without connection…
I used to use Airalo and the service is much better and the the connection is better and faster.
