I have been using their platform for over a year and it works spectacularly. I have sometimes had some questions about how it works and they have resolved any questions or issues quickly and efficiently. Their customer service is impeccable.

This is not a very friendly application. It does not allow you to downlaod it after doing all the portfolio when you don't subscribe. Find another app please. waste of time.

Whilst I found the process of creating a magazine on Flipsnack very good, I cannot say the same for their customer service operators.
As I work in an educational establishment, I asked one operator if we were allowed a discount on their Starter pricing package. He said yes and sent me a link for a 30% discount. He explained that the discount was valid for 24 hours.
Having had this approved by my line manager, I contacted Flipsnack the next day to commence with the Starter package. I was told that the discount was invalid. (However the 24 hour period had not expired at that time )
The woman I had a conversation with was quite unhelpful. She didn't explain why the discount code was suddenly no longer valid and insisted I was in the wrong.
Hence giving Flipsnack 2 stars for customer service.

The product is ok. The customer service is awful. I haven't used the product in a year. I forgot about it and realized they charged me for another year about a week ago. I thought I had auto-renew turned off. They say they have a no-refund policy but will make exceptions if the charge is recent and you haven't used the product recently. I haven't logged in to the service in a year. I contacted customer service and asked for a refund. Some rep name Ramona tells me I can't have a refund but then quotes the policy, which I told her I read and I fit the criteria. She told me it didn't matter if I wasn't using it; the service was still there. She also tells me the charge must be less than ten days. This is listed NOWHERE on the website. I pointed that out and she said it's an internal rule. The interaction with her ensures I will never use this company again, and I won't be referring them to anyone else. Do not use them. There are other companies with better customer service.

Repeatedly getting spam emails from your people asking for backlinks. It's tacky, cheap and not ok to spam people. None of us are interested.

flipsnack took $240 out of my friends account when it was only supposed to take $14 out and now we lost our whole account flipsnack is terrible dont give them your money it promotes being a trusted website but obviously it isnt.
