We're the proud owners of Gazelle T10 ultimate ebikes with 10 speed Shimano gears. I purchased mine in June last year and my wife bought hers in January this year, both purchased from Bike Factory Chester.
The build quality is excellent.
I've managed 74 miles on 500w battery on eco, (that was in the Netherlands) but regularly achieve over 50 miles in UK.

Bought my amazing Gazelle Ultimate C8-HMB Belt 500wh Low step 2022 Hybrid from Sprockets Cycles in Kilmarnock, UK.
Bought July 2022 and I've only cycled 483 miles with it.
It's absolutely wonderful, No-Low maintenance, excellent branded components, with Shimano Hydraulic Disc brakes, Shimano 8 Speed hub gears and Gates Belt Drive. It really is a multipurpose eBike suitable for cycling on nearly all road surfaces and everyday use.
Everything went well with my purchase. The bike is beautiful, comfortable and of great quality (Gazelle Vento C7). It was delivered at the store of my choosing and I was able to pick it up 10 days after buying it through the website (9 working days).
A nice bike with absolute total CRAP brakes. Maguro is absolute CRAP. Gazelle Vento C7. Bought 4 years ago. Needs brake maintenance every 3 months. One moth after this maintenance, the brakes do not work anymore. Gazelle dealer charges EUR 80 for this maintenance. So that's 4x80 euro a year, and then you STILL drive around with downright dangerous brakes.
Ofcourse the dealer wil deny to Gazelle that the brakes are crap. He's making fucktons of money of it. Gazelle hides behind dealers.
I have challenged Gazelle to do the brake maintenance on this bike for a year. IF my wife then can cycle a year without issues, i'll apologize. But we all know that will not happen, so Gazelle doesn't take this agreement.
Gazelle is nice for a citybike, if you like to have accidents because of not working brakes.
//edit response to gazelle reaction
Strange,, when I contacted Gazelle 3 months after purchase that the brakes were bad, they said: NO WARRANTY.
Stop Lying. You know you have delivered a whole series of bikes with downright dangerous brakes.

OK, bike - Repairs are horrible
Looks good. However service options and delivery of spareparts is a nightmare (waiting time of 2 weeks to get a bike repaired).
(note: the main block is on Gazelle's ability to deliver parts in a timely mannner).

awful customer service and issues with bike after just some months
I bought a really expensive bike for well over 2k that had issues within a couple of months and the customer service has been dreadful. Not only did they take long to respond, they were unhelpful and rude and made me feel like its my problem to sort which is absolutely not what one should expect for such a premium product. Definitely got some post-purchase dissonance now and never buying another Gazelle bike again.

Wonderful bike - get theft insurance
I absolutely loved my Gazelle Paris C7+ e-bike. It's a perfect size, well made, and so smooth and comfortable to ride. Unfortunately thieves also love it.
My partner and I both bought one about a year and a half ago. Since then mine has been stolen three times, and theirs was stolen twice. We tried all sorts of precautions. Now that mine has been taken again, I won't be replacing it.
I know this isn't the fault of Gazelle which is why I give them 5 stars for the bike itself. I love this bike and I wish I still had it, but just can't deal with the stress of owning one.
If you buy one, get good insurance.

My Gazelle Citizen Speedpedelec
My Gazelle Citizen Speedpedelec was totally worn out within three years of moderate use. It even had lots of maintenance costs as well. Very disappointing

The bikes are great... until the first checkup
Gazelle produces really great e-bikes, but they don't provide maintenance or replacement parts on their own. Instead, they have a network of so-called Gazelle «premium» shops – cyclists are supposed to do everything through them: e.g. checkups, repairs, or buying parts. And that's where it all went wrong.
We have two non-cheap e-bikes for around 5 years now, and so we did a handful of regular checkups in those «premium» shops, and we did each checkup in a different shop. Why different? Because each and every of them was such a bad joke, that we never wanted to return to one.
Here are some examples of typical issues after a checkup in Gazelle's certified shops:
- misplaced brakes (tiring against the wheel when not in use)
- misconfigured board computer (e.g. the speedometer is off by 15-20%)
- damaged parts or decorative elements
- failing to lubricate moving parts (squeaking after a maintenance, uh-huh)
- using random-branded replacement parts instead of OEM/original ones
- leaving some plastic packaging inside the steering (impaired right turns)
That is... if they still remember about your appointment when you bring your bike in – it's kind of a gamble.
After the first checkup, we have never had our bikes in «as good as new» condition. We managed to re-repair most of the issues left by those so-called «skilled and trained» mechanics, but we could not fix them all – because one cannot, for example, just buy all the needed original parts or access the computer configuration.
I have shared this feedback with Gazelle, but they only wanted to call some particular shop (out of all we tried) and not to address the systemic issue. They also won't allow a private person to take their certification for a purpose of maintaining own bike.
I wish I never trusted the Gazelle's after-purchase support in the first place. Sadly, it seems that I'm not buying an expensive Gazelle bike again. Not until they start caring about what these shops really do to the bikes, or allowing doing everything ourselves
P.S. You ought to address the systemic issue, Gazelle. Not just take it with the specific dealers. I can see the appeal of fixing it locally in the short term, but I believe it won't make any difference in a few years. That's such a shame because the original quality was truly amazing

Not satisfied from service
The customer service wasn't helpful, not providing with solutions and not explaining clearly.
One time the the customer service agent hang up the phone...
Also, the invoice I received was wrong, I called to explain this and I still haven't received the updated invoice for the bike.
Finally on your website you mentioned that the bike was in stock and that will be available to pick up within 2 weeks and I got it after 3 weeks. However, you withdrawal the money immediately after the order and not after 3 weeks with the pick up...

Great quality bikes
Great quality bikes! I love the colors, and I love that I can back pedal. Also great that I was able to register them on the website and I got NoLongerLost tags for free.

Unreliable service
I ordered a Gazelle Chamonix via a reseller in the beginning of April 2023. The initial estimated delivery time was 3 weeks. I fully understand that the way resellers do business is by taking orders for bikes that they are yet to receive - but their planning is based on input from the supplier - Gazelle in this case.
Five days before delivery of the bike, I get a notification that the bike is delayed until September, and then again October. An initial lead time of 3 weeks becomes almost 7 months. I hear about supply chain issues, but @Gazelle, you need to sort your suppliers out because somewhere along the line you are getting screwed over and it doesn't seem like you have a handle on it.
Sadly, even though the bikes may be good (don't know, never owned one), I don't feel confident choosing for a company that cannot give a reliable indication of lead time, because if there are such severe communication/planning issues related to supply chain, it does not set a very good impression for the overall quality control of the process.

Disappointed with Gazelle Moederbike's Quality and Dealer Service
I recently purchased an expensive Gazelle moederbike (Bloom 2023), expecting the high quality and reliability the brand is known for. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The bike was sold with a defective rear brake, and it seems that the dealer never conducted a proper quality check before handing it over to me.
As a result, I have already had to visit the dealer three times within the first month of ownership. This has been frustrating and time-consuming, as I specifically chose Gazelle to avoid such issues. I am very disappointed with both the product and the dealer's service.
I urge Gazelle to take action and resolve this matter by sending me a replacement bike that has been thoroughly quality checked. I hope this review serves as a reminder to Gazelle to ensure that their products and dealer services live up to the brand's reputation.

Sadly my new Heavy Duty NL has faulty handlebars that drop after tightening. Sounds like others from the same batch have the same issue and the replacement ones they sent still do the same thing. Just waiting for some sort of conclusion to this saga as delivery of the bike to the shop took over a year and now I still don't have a bike to ride home.

We ordered a Gazelle Espirit C3 for our daughter to start school in September. I ordered in May 2022 and it's end of July and still nothing. Keep getting message that delivery is delayed and coming next week. This has been going on for months. It's unbelievable. We're now looking for a new bike manufacturer because if Gazelle can't give an accurate delivery estimate for their bikes, thankfully living in Netherlands there are SO MANY ALTERNATIVES.

Gazelle Ultimate T10 in Big Bend
I bought a Gazelle Ultimate T10 in preparation for a bicycle trip to Big Bend NP in Southern Texas. The park is mountainous desert and our rides included 10 -15 % grades. I enjoyed the more upright seat (better visibility and far less pressure on sore shoulder and elbow joints), the drive train was excellent and I really appreciated the tires and brakes on those descents. The bike was very stable, even over tar snakes.
We are off to the Chief Latiga trail now for another adventure!

Rides so smooth and easy
My Ultimate C380+ rides so smooth and easy. A bit heavy but ride is very nice. Motor has ample power and battery last longer than I do. I did 36 miles yesterday and had lots of battery left. Uphills are now fun.
