I had placed an order for a 12th gen Kindle on 15th December and was given to understand that it would be delivered in 10 days. There was a delay of around 16 days before delivery but that’s to be expected during the Christmas season. On the whole it was a hassle free transaction.

These guys were good for awhile but then when started having an issue with their modem not working right they wanted me to pay in order for them to send me a new one even after a tech was out and stated need new modem. Refused to fix issue
Finally I've received a fantastic product though I've faced little problems which are considerable. My sincere apologies to everyone for my rude comments. I must have showed little patience. There are some areas which need improvement like delivery time, proper communication etc. Apart from these it's a great online site.

As the product is not so good, and the custom duty is much higher..and the don't even mention at the time of placing order..it's not with buying from this app..

I really liked the device, Neck fan!
There were no rough edges except in one place, but its ok. It came in a nice package and seems no one had touched it.
And the fan had only 3 modes. Even that was OK!
Now the battery, i was able to use this for only 1 hrs long. I really wished the battery was upto 5000 or 6000 mAh or even 7000mAh. I would h' definitely order 2 of those products. But it looks and feel quality and good design. So for people who r not concerned about the battery: Go for it! Definitely usefull.
