Great service all around. Customer service was very helpful and communication was exceptional. There was a bit of a parking issue when the guys arrived but they worked around it and they delivered & set up my couch quickly. And took all the garbage with them. I would highly recommend!!

I ordered something from lululemon and I have to get it delivered to my work as I live in an apartment and not home during the day. Weekends my work is closed and I am usually not home as I have a second job.
These guys deliver on weekends and I contacted lululemon and they said to contact this company as they can’t change anything. There is no phone number of course and I told the agent I had spoken to lululemon twice and they told me to contact them. She said only Lulu can change the delivery address…I told her they said they can’t at that point. She said she would email Lulu to get the okay…what??? There is nobody to help or talk to and it’s ridiculous you can’t get hold of anyone to help! Poor service
On time as per Go Bolt schedule & notified via text on delivery. Third time having Go Bolt service.
My package was delivered but the person who delivered it only spoke Spanish, and I don’t speak Spanish so it was difficult to communicate. I used Google translate and was able to communicate that way. Overall, delivery was fast and I got my package.
