I bought I phone 13 Pro max ( like new) from Aarhus shop but after about 2 Months it's exposed to water rain while it was in the case but unfortunately the logic board became not working any more.
Iphone 13 promax is supposed to resist water as it's water resistant. I requested to repair it and pay for that but they said they couldn't repair it .

That's it, my legendary K380 died.

I bought it in December 2021 through Bluecity.dk with the description "very good condition"

I wasn't sure about buying used tech and especially such fragil
e tech as keyboard. But I have had amazing time with my keyboard and I am low-key mourning that its time has come.
Over the 3 years, I am pretty sure I switched batteries 4-5 times.

I tried to find a suitable keyboard through the company again, but I haven't has much luck. But I do this every time I am buying tech: Checking in with sustainable options!
I am super grateful I can continue buying from them.

Thank you for your review. I completely understand how frustrating it must be to deal with a phone that isn’t working after just a couple of months.

I’ve looked into your case, and I can see that it was rejected because the phone has unfortunately been exposed to impact or a drop. There’s a dent on the screen/frame, and subsequently, the device has been exposed to moisture or liquid. This means the damage is not covered under the warranty. I can also see that you were sent photos documenting this, and the case has been handled correctly based on the findings.

Thank you for your feedback! I completely understand how it can be frustrating when information about battery health isn’t clear. At Greenmind, we always aim to provide as much relevant information as possible, and we’re happy to help check the battery condition if you need it.

Just to clarify, according to Apple’s own guidelines, we don’t sell any devices with a battery capacity below 80%. Typically, our devices have a capacity of 83-85% or higher. If you’ve received a device with a lower capacity, it’s definitely a mistake – although I doubt that’s the case. If you feel differently or have received a device that doesn’t meet these standards, I’d love to help you personally.

Great service, but I was sold a defective product

I bought an iPhone 13 in almost pristine condition at the Vesterbro department. I was told Greenmind guarantees full expected practical functionality of a standard iPhone 13, only strictly cosmetic damage was something they didn’t account for. I took it home and set it up using a backup from my old iPhone X. Immediately I experienced heavy battery drain, and high temperatures even when not connected to a charger. I chalked it up to some background setup processes going on, and saw that other people had experienced the same issue. After more than a week I still experienced the same issue, having to fully charge it three times a day. I handed it in for a checkup and they put in a completely new genuine Apple battery.
I started over and had the exact same issue. I tried doing a complete clean install with no content or apps on it, still it drained like crazy. We are talking about 50-70% battery gone at night, on power saving mode and everything shut off. It should be said I, overall, don’t stream a lot, or do crazy processor-heavy stuff with my phones.
I took it in again and when they did a diagnostic on it, saying nothing seemed wrong, for example doing a constant video streaming test and said that it drained battery according to what was expected. I took it home and it was STILL the same. I even tried testing myself with a constant Youtube video feed, and it was draining at a rate of 25% /hour, so around four hours of battery life from constant streaming. On Apple's own site the iPhone 13 is rated at around 15 hours of video constant streaming.
I don’t know where Greenmind’s tech department got those hours out of this phone, but I have a hard time believing it was so. Especially because it was draining at almost the same rate without ANY use. I contacted Apple Service who took a look at it and agreed that it was absolutely unacceptable.

The night of 21/12 I charged it to 100%, set it on power saving mode, and woke up to 4% power left.
After that I was absolutely done with this crap, and when they offered to take it in yet again, I told them I believed it was fundamentally defective and I wanted my money back. My 14-day annulment deal was by then long gone, but since I was sold something that was fundamentally broken, they agreed to refund it.

So all in all; the service has actually been good and professional, and people are nice and welcoming. But all of this stuff wouldn’t have been necessary if the phone had been properly checked up on before being sold. Just because an official Apple diagnostics program has been run on it, and everything checks out, it can clearly not be trusted when applied to an everyday situation where you need more than six hours of battery from some VERY basic use. I don’t know what to tell you because this sounds very much like “he says, she says� stuff, and the official diagnostics program said everything checked out. I just know that I have two functional eyes in my skull that can clearly see a constant aggressive linear battery drain even when not being used, and I have two hands that can feel it burning in my hands as soon as I unlock the screen. And so does the tech staff at the store, who could also see that it looked very wrong.

Do I recommend Greenmind? I think so, yes. Again, very good service. But this giant annoyance, waste of time, and constant back and forth, was something that could have been avoided. So I also recommend any potential buyers out there to remain critical and test if the performance of the product you bought corresponds with what was initially promised.

It’s obviously not acceptable that you had to deal with such significant battery issues and go through so much back and forth before we reached a solution. We do perform thorough tests on all our devices, but your experience shows that we need to improve our ability to identify more complex problems that may not show up in standard diagnostic tests.

I’m glad to hear that you found our service to be professional and that we ultimately resolved the issue by refunding the phone. However, I completely agree that this situation could have been avoided if the phone had been better inspected before it was sold.

We take your feedback seriously, and I’ll be sharing it with our technical team to ensure we can improve our processes and avoid similar situations in the future.

Keyboard - awesome!

Most times very good for certain products, other times a bit inconsistent with quality

I've bought two iphones from Greenmind and they have been in absolute great condition. I recently bought a macbook air - , easy process, shipping good, price fair but the actual computer itself was not in the best condition and quality. It was filled with caked on dust in both the fan and the keyboard ( Granted I have the same computer for work so I was a bit alarmed that this was the product they sent me because my work computer has never looked like this after a year's worth of use). Additionally, the macbook does not lock or turn off properly when closed. Videos/ music will still play when the lid is "closed". Of course I contacted customer service (good experience) and my options were to send it back or take to a center to be repaired. I needed the computer so I didn't send it back and will now need to take in to get repaired. All in all, I am bit surprised with this last purchase because it was not the typical greenmind quality I've experienced in the past.

Crisp af - def recommend

I got my iphone about a month ago and it’s been great ! My old one was pretty broken (front and back screen were smashed…) so it’s a great upgrade ! I take a lot of photos so I def recommend the iphone 14 - if you’re on a budget and still want crisp photos ! Switching from the 12 to the 14 was a huuge change especially color/screen wise - watching movies or honestly just scrolling is insanely better ! 10/10 fr
