It's really a fun store to find a lot of ideas for around the house. There is loads of variety and styles to choose from. With delivery being an option in our local area, this is excellent when we need large items, but have a small little weeny tiny Fiat car.

I could also give a zero. So I buy an article 4,99 euros, the cashier passed the article for 8,99 euros. When I asked for a refund because I don't want the article no more she says no money return only a voucher. So I wanted to spend 4,99, they made a mistake and now I have to spend 8,99 on this shop. I requested talking to a manager they said no, I requested a claim form they said no available. Horrible customer service. I will never buy there again

If I could give zero stars I would!! Bought a pool which was damaged!! Leaked yet
Somehow they expect I should have tested the pool in my 3 floor Appartment!!! Refused to replace or refund! Do not use!!!!! Alone with just the poor customer service!!! Never known anything like it….

Bought online and was told that in 3 to 5 days they will deliver.
Came from Malta for the delivery and they never come. Second attempt and didn't come a d again for the 3rd time today.
So till today I haven't recieve the items.

I have bought a garden set. It seems second hand because on all the legs are pieces of painters tape. I received 5 left front legs and only 1 right front legs. They have not responded on my email since 4 days. In the store in Pisa they also couldn't help.
