Shocking customer service. I ordered sweets a while ago and was missing one pack. Which wasn't refunded. Few months later I ordered again and this time nothing was sent. I emailed them and wasn't given a reply so had no choice but to ask for a refund via PayPal. Luckily it was paid via PayPal and was given full refund. Stay away from this company.

When I received my order it was great but it did arrive later than I wanted. I do understand that because of covid, orders are being delivered later than usual. Apart from that, the order was absolutely amazing!
Nice products and cushioning material for packaging. I enjoyed the Sour Patch and Mike and Ike's mix the most of the bunch!
Will order again when the cravings hit :)

I’m a first time customer and I must say I am blown away by the professional and prompt customer service. Extremely polite and helpful staff assisting me in every way possible. The delivery time and communication was exceptional and I received the package sooner than expected. So happy I came across this company! Amazing range of sweets to meet all requirements, vegan, vegetarian and halal. Great value for money and brilliant customer service, they threw in a few extras and refunded me for the items that were not in stock. Will definitely be using again!
