My bike has not arrived yet but based on the reviews I am expecting great things :) I wanted to provide this review as the service provided by Horacio has been above and beyond. Following a delivery issue because of depot closures they were not aware of they have gone above and beyond to make sure my son gets his Christmas present. It is not only the action of delivering to me direct, but the level of care and time put into the personal email responses. It is not often you get this type of service from a business. I am not surprised by the great online reviews about them. It makes perfect sense. Keep doing what you are doing and caring about your customers. It goes a long way. Merry Christmas!!
