My account was hacked, and seven domains were purchased without my knowledge. I reached out to Hostinger via email, and they responded within minutes. They promptly processed my refund and helped secure my account. I’m incredibly grateful for their swift assistance—thank you so much!
I had a problem with the email accounts on my hosting plan. I initially explained the problem to the chat bot and then it was deemed necessary to have a human join the conversation. The person (Jerome) helped me and guided me step by step - the problem was resolved very quickly (there were some things that required action from both my side and theirs).
The whole experience took about 10-15 minutes and the support was very helpful and fast for which I thank them very much!
Though I still am not exactly sure why emails for a new website weren't working, something I would like to be aware of to avoid any future errors, I am grateful though to Myla for taking care of it :) As it is working fine now.
She was very pleasant and helpful.

Pleeeeease do not join. They Do Not Tell You it takes 60 days for your actual domain to go live. I enjoyed the AI portion and not have to be deal with building from scratch when need to get going asap. When I transferred my website domain to theirs I then was told my actual domain will take 60 days to go live. So therefor you'll have a domain like this for 60 day ex: www. hostingerbakeygoods-builder-sample.com (this is what your clients will see and you'll have to register like when promoting your space on google etc). When signing up you think youll just port your domain and it will read www.hostingerbakeygoods .com and go LIVE asap. They explain all after paying etc., WIX and other hosting sites, your domain goes live instantly within seconds, it cost more but worth piece of mind not having to wait 60 days. If you have the time to wait then KUDOS to you. I guess you get what you pay for. smh

I am very satisfied with the Hostinger platform! The support team is excellent – they always help to resolve issues quickly, ensuring smooth operations.
The only suggestion I would make is to consider creating an automated feature that allows websites built with the Hostinger Website Builder to be transferred to separate accounts. Currently, transferring websites has to be done manually, which can take a lot of time and effort.
Overall, Hostinger is a great platform that I highly recommend!

We have now waited days for the unsuspension of adultagencyads.com after they promised to do that yesterday and the site has still not been unsuspended. They suspend your site over alleged abuse, and when that is sorted, they have no respect for maintaining good business relations with your clients but getting your site back online in a timely manner.
