Horrible company to insure dogs. After 18 months of correspondence from our and our vet’s side, finally we had an answer for not paying out. Our dog had some health problems and the vet tried to figure out if it was allergy related or not. After several tests and medications, all the results showed it was NOT allergy. It was unknown what was the cause of the constant ear infection, but luckily the dog grew out of it. It was quite a costly investigation (NOK 40000). Our case supervisor was super horrible, rude when available, but usually he was not answering for phone calls and emails. When finally we had a contact, he refused to reimburse anything as the company doesn’t pay for allergy. And it wasn’t even allergy!!!! We just had to figure out, that it wasn’t. Well, we are only one customer to leave this company, but I think every little helps.

After explained that half of my belongings was stolen ,tIs incredibly sad to see that insurance try to find any reason and motivation to don’t trust any of my words and give a conclusion that I never mentioned. Even after I did report the stolen belongings to the Police the if Advisor the decision that he made was to drop down the case .
Still until at this moment the case is not solve cause I did complain back to the decision,3weeks has gone and not reply yet . I’m curious to see how will hand up with the second review.
I’m very disappointed on the insurance and the costumer service . Because you buy a package with the insurance and you trust them but I don’t feel they do the same .
Good customer service. Good for English speaking . Just not so good to be able to log in without Bank ID . I have Buypass , a lot companies have activated that on there sites . Looking forward to when IF does !

Don't have bank ID , If hasn't go Bypass working to log in !
