I lost my bag with really everything in it in bus 22 and was quite desperate with the whole idea of never getting my precious things back…. But thanks to a chain of good people I got it back this week! I would like to thank iLost, the bus drivers of GVB and all the honest people who made it possible to turn this little story of a loss of personal things in a happy episode in Amsterdam :)

Happy and very glad, that I reclaimed my keys, although the price of shipping to Lithuania was insane - I could make new key copies for that price.. Also I received very big box, but the item is just small key bundle.. I think shipping would be at least 10 times cheaper if keys would be sent in protected envelope.

it was very hard to find my lost backpack! it doesn't show the city as option to find lost things and we could just to search by chance and relative words! even the word is in the local language and many times can happen you wont find your things!
for example we lost my daughter's backpack in Eindhoven but didn't show in the result with Eindhoven and we found it after 15 days in Hermes Eindhoven!!
but after we found (luckily) it their support and sending is good and extra star than 1 is just for this! improve your website, so easy!
