First of all, thanks to the person who brought my lost wallet back. Secondly, the website quickly let's you recognise your lost item. The online proces of securing it and getting it back is a bit longer than necessary and it would be great if they would actively reach out through social media to contact the person who lost it, as especially with wallets they're easy to find

The team at iLost rocks! We left a bag behind on a tram in Amsterdam, there wasn't much of value left inside of it but the bag was important. Impressive service
Overall...I felt the service was very good. I reported my lost jacket.Responded to the calls & answered my queries promptly. Identifying the lost object & claiming process is very systematic. I felt assured that no one can wrongly claim any objects unless they provide valid proof of ownership & identification. Lastly I am surprised to see even small objects like pens and.pendrives are also found in the list of lost objects, which is impressive.
