Alright so I made my account about a week ago. Deposited $50 lost it. Deposited another $30 and won $880. I then submitted my KYC and everything was approved. I withdrew my $880 and 2 days later I get an email saying my account has been permantly closed because I apparently made duplicate accounts. I never did such a thing, I also don’t see any point of doing that. Now live chat is saying there’s nothing that can be done and I won’t receive my $880. None of the emails they have gave me are responding. This website has scammed me and I would 100% avoid using it.

This casino sucks so bad man... i made a lot of deposits even made some withdrawls like an year ago, i had my account verified and everything was fine.. even made a withdrawl of 2000 euros... now i got some free spins, did all the wager i needed and i got 29 euros which i tried to whitdrawl.. then they sent me an email saying i need to take a screenshot of my bank account app with name, adress etc etc... i explained the app of my bank account doesnt allow me to take screenshots for safety, i sent documents i downloaded from the app and they we're rejected and i got the same email like 3 times saying i need to send screenshot of the bank account... just keep the 29 euros and give it to someone whos starving.. now i get why this casino have so many bad reviews.. besides that they are slow as **** to answer people.. dont dare to deposit in this casino.

I wish I can give them a negative score . They should be reported and closed down. You make a withdrawal, two days later they email you after they returned the funds and ask you to withdraw again because it's expired, meanwhile any bonus you have coming such as a loss bonus is voided. It's apparently written in the bonus rules, half there games don't work and it's impossible to win

DO NOT DEPOSIT OR EVEN SIGN IP TO THIS SCAM SITE! Please do not trust this casino with your money or even details, I signed up and deposited as normal. Upon winning I tried to withdraw and was told I needed to send bank statements, utility addresses etc and when sending things over they just ask for more and more to avoid paying. I then had my deposit bonus removed from my account (whilst playing) and the refused to reinstate it due to an "error" but never gave me a reason. The "live chat" only consists of AI bots that repeat the same thing over and over again providing absolutely no help and to top it off they removed all further deposit bonuses from my account without any warning. once I went through all of this I had around €100 left in my account which quickly went to zero (20 cent spins) with no bonuses big wins anything it's as if they turned my Rtp down due to complaining. Biggest scam I have ever used try elsewhere.

I deposited money after being told my…

I deposited money after being told my account was verified. When I won a small amount, I decided to withdraw it. I submitted a withdrawal request, and after a day, the money appeared in my account. However, I received an additional KYC (Know Your Customer) request via email. I sent all the required documents, but then they asked for more. I complied and sent everything again.

Despite this, the KYC team at this company worked at a snail’s pace and still claimed there were issues. After four days of waiting with no progress, I was, of course, able to cancel my withdrawal. Unfortunately, like many gamblers, I gave in to temptation and lost everything within an hour. It’s clear the casino’s management designs their system to exploit people struggling with gambling addiction.

I permanently locked my account on this trash site and you should be avare before depositing here.

Never play here. If you see positive reviews, they are likely fake and exchanged for free spins. These free spins come with a 50x wagering requirement and a maximum win of only €100. Casinos operating under those useless Curacao licenses should be shut down

I wrote a review of iwild casino a few days ago. My problem with tgem is that they do not respect their own written rules in Bonus terms. List 1800 $ because of their complete disregard of their rules and players affected by this.
They replied to my review saying they take full responsability of their mistake. Just to look good.
In reality they emaiked me saying they will not respect any of their rules thay are translated in any other language than english on their website. They took all my 1800 $ wins because of a mistake they will NOT take responsabilty as they said they would in their reply to my review.

They lie. Manipulate. They will do everything possible to not pay what you win. WORST CASINO EXPERIENCE . DO NOT EVER TRUST THEM .

I wrote complaints on them to many gambling authorities and governments permitting their activity in their countries. Looking to file a class lawsuit against them.

Kyc and support are not responding to the questions at all. For example how long will take to verify all the extra documents which where send as aditional info, what else I need to do to make or etc.

They Scammed Me!

This company is an absolute scam, and I feel obligated to warn others about their unethical and fraudulent behavior. My experience was a complete disaster.

I deposited €100 and was fortunate enough to win €450. Naturally, I was excited to withdraw my winnings, but that’s when the nightmare began. Instead of processing my withdrawal, they started asking for my IBAN and other personal information. For nearly 10 days, they kept dragging the process out, sending emails back and forth, requesting additional details, and making it seem like they were preparing to pay me.

Then, out of nowhere, they closed my account without providing any explanation. No warnings, no justification – just a sudden shutdown. When I contacted their support team to ask what had happened, all I received were vague, generic responses that completely ignored my concerns.

To make things worse, they not only stole my €450 in winnings but also left me in the dark about what happened to my original €100 deposit. It seems they’ve taken that too. The entire experience was a calculated effort to scam me – first by luring me in with the promise of winnings and then stealing both my deposit and my winnings.

This company’s practices are incredibly shady. They waste your time, take your money, and then hide behind their support team, who clearly have no intention of helping you. Everything about this screams SCAM.

If you’re considering using their services, don’t make the same mistake I did. Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and financial loss. There are plenty of legitimate companies out there – this one is NOT one of them.

I sincerely hope this review helps others avoid the trap I fell into. Companies like this should not be allowed to operate. They prey on people’s trust and then shamelessly steal from them. Stay far, far away.

Don't waste your money

You cannot claim your winnings from bonuses or even your own original deposit unlike every other online casino site. This is garbage. I have also had money deducted from my winnings as it was "their" money from bonuses. I played this site for some time and am so disappointed but I am out and done, Canada has better sites, Betty Casino, Only Win and so on - go try them instead - you will get ALL the money you win, even bonus money!!!

WITHHOLDING WINNINGS = UNETHICAL SCAM

I had a bit of a run around with their KYC procedure, even tho I submitted all the proper docs, finally they verified me, and sent me a small portion of my winnings.
Now they are withholding my winnings and won’t release them. I am not sure what else to do as I cannot get any response about it. I feel like they withhold any winnings so that people will get frustrated and play them all back to the casino. This is very unethical. These casinos make boatloads of money from people and yet still act like this. Shameful.

This site will not let me post my email, but you already verified me and sent me a small portion of the winnings, I only use my debit card/chequing account on the site. And this was already all sorted out. Now it is purely just that you are withholding the winnings. My username on the site is PLAYER6161173. If this can be sorted out, I will delete this review, but I’m guessing you are either going to delete my account, or just continue stalling on my fair wins. This small amount of money should not be such an issue for a casino. The response this casino gave below is a complete 100% lie, what a joke.
