Very engaged client relationship team
We made the decision to move our online acquiring services to Fabrick (owner of Judopay) to benefit from their full stack offering (we already had Judopay as a gateway). This gave us some economies of scale cost reductions, as well as enhanced reporting vs. who we were using before. These transitions are never simple, but Gui and Joe have been excellent. Very responsive and reactive to our requests.

Broken system = frustration
I'm trying to pay for accommodations in another country -- the provider uses Judopay. It has declined 3 different credit cards (multiple tries on each to make sure I'm not doing anything wrong) so I called the CC company to see if there's a hold on my account. They told me there's an error in the Judo connection with the vendor that won't accept my payment. Very frustrating!
