When booking my travel insurance with Just Cover, a technical hitch occurred. This was easily rectified but the next day instead I got a new policy totally free of charge without even asking for anything. How is that for customer recovery service. I will be purchasing my insurance here in future no doubt.

She was a joy to deal with. Courteous, friendly, patient, very knowledgeable- all you could ask for. The product itself is very good, this combined with people like Nicola to assist makes purchasing a no brainer even if their pricing may be a bit higher than some.
I spoke to lovely chap called Jake.I usually find these calls very stressful and they always make me e feel like I'm talking to a robot.However I got the lovely Jake that made me feel very comfortable and relaxed while he sorted out my travel insurance.An absolute Pleasure to have dealt with Jake.

After giving a 1star review,due to a mechanical hitch.which has now been resolved,fair play to the company for sorting it out.and giving myself and the wife Free insurance for a year.not many companies would go that far,so credit where credit is due.

Trying to purchase a policy online, I had difficulty with poor internet coverage. Phoned centre where I was assured that someone would phone me back, that was 2 days ago. Still no return call.
Finally today I was successful in purchasing a policy online, no thanks to your staff.Very poor customer relations.
