Ordered two batteries for $19.00. Supposed to received them within two weeks. A month later - nothing. Should have read the reviews BEFORE placing an order. Oh well, a $19.00 lesson learned. Do your homework first.

A reply from customer support about dispatch timeframe was prompt. The Nitecore TM9K TAC torch is genuine, and works well. The only thing I can fault is the packaging, for international travel it's no where near durable enough. Package arrived with damaged box corners, which isn't a bit deal, but the envelope was 1 tear away from being completely open.

Ledsupermall are THIEVES!
I bought the Minor III headphones for 50 euros, despite suspicion of counterfeiting...
Well, I shouldn't have bought them!!
After a month, the headphones no longer
work. Impossible to connect them to bluetooth!
I sent an email that went unanswered.
Above all, don't buy anything from Ledsupermall, they are THIEVES.

Total con artists. Ordered a headphone that never arrived. Raised a claim for a refund and/or replacement but they wasted their hands of the issue. Failed to trace the item and closed the case down without a resolution. Two months later and 20 odd messages later, I'm still trying to get them to engage it what it legally their responsibility.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience! I ordered some headphones, canceled it in a mail ON THE SAME DAY. They never responded, weeks later they still shipped them. I refused the package, they still didn’t do anything and today I had to pay for something I canceled and didn’t even receive. I wrote (no joke) about 20 !!!! Times . No reaction. I’m so fed up with them. Never had something like this before. Please didn’t buy anything from them.

LEDSupermall is a legitimate site

LEDSupermall is a legitimate site. I bought two sets of dog training collars from LEDSupermall and they arrived quickly and without any problems - quite something for Spain! The dog training collars are exceptionally good value - a three-dog system for less than €60 - a fraction of the cost of the Petsafe systems I've used for the last 15 years. I was so satisfied with LEDSupermall and the product that I bought another system as back up.

THIS COMPANY IS GENUINE

I bought UltraFire BRC 3000mAh 3.7V 18650 Battery With pcb(1 Pair) to fit a SuprFire WF 501D torch late on 27th February GMT. I received shipping notice early on 8th March although viewing tracking it had been on the move before that. I was alarmed to read on a forum about fake batteries for this model being sold which were useless. Some advertised on a bidding site did not have the same number but were of a higher mAh. I found Ledsupermall had the correct batteries, and were the manufacturer. The batteries I bought with the torch came from China with a charger which did not recover the batteries when they got low, I bought a charger which would recover them and they're still working after several years but don't hold a charge for long so I bought a new pair. They arrived today 18th March much earlier than estimated on the website. There was a long gap in tracking, I found this happens due to the carrier and huge volumes. Once in the hands of UK delivery it was well tracked and arrived quickly. Please do not panic when reading other people's reviews who have not read the terms and possibly not made sure of the correct item. This compay fulfilled its oblligations. I am pleased to have the correct batteries for my torch which is brilliant.

!!WARNING!!

!!WARNING, DO NOT SHOP HERE!!
I ordered a battery for my DJI Mavic pro drone and received a battery that didn't fit! Contacted them and they asked me to send the battery back and they would refund. Got a message from them that they received the battery and would make the refund. I have been waiting for the money since November and have not received any refund yet. They don't respond to emails either!

Spam/fake website

Spam/fake website.
I ordered an item from them early Feburary and the website still shows "processing".
Contacted their customer service and have not received a response in 2 weeks.
Avoid them and go somewhere else. Walmart sells the same Miniblue sticks for your PS Classics.

small toy

DLite1800 shines extremely brightly and far. Lamp does not have German STVO approval. Therefore not approved for road use in Germany. So useless.

Non-existent customer service

I did buy a Nitecore torch from them. Emailed them literally within an hour from placing the order. I did check the delivery time and it was too long for me. I just needed the product quicker. So I asked them to cancel the order. No one replied to my email.

I sent another email two days after that. Again, no reply (apart from automated one).

Emailed again two days later. No reply. And obviously no product.

I had to report this to my bank. And even if the product will eventually turn up, I'll have to send it back.

Absolutely useless customer service. By the way, they state they reply within 24 hours :)

I don't recommend this website.
