I ordered jonesy sofa, very well made and beautiful. Unfortunately the colour of the velvet fabric did not look very similar to the fabric sample I collected from their store. After I called them they asked me some images, and I received my full refund after I provided requested images. Very polite and helpful staff.

Easy website to navigate and fantastic sale on currently. I was able to find out which store has the bed and head board on display so that I could view before buying and view all the fabric samples on offer taking them home to match up with paint colours.

I鈥檝e ordered a second sofa as I am so pleased with the one which arrived I. December. The staff at Loaf are pleasant and helpful. The delivery company were so efficient. They contacted me several times to confirm the date and time. The 2 men were excellent, courteous and put covers on their shoes when entering my home. All round, a great decision to take the plunge after deliberating for about 10 years. 馃

Outstanding service and support

Frame of our sofa broken but outstanding support and customer service from Ffion at head office sorted the problem within hours also great help and advice from Pete in the Solihull store Excellent guys many thanks 馃檹

Great location

Great location, easy to get to and the showroom is big and very well stocked. Lots of fab fabric colours and furniture styles to choose from with attentive, knowledgeable and friendly staff.

The worst service I鈥檝e received for a鈥�/h2>

The worst service I鈥檝e received for a luxury item. Loaf took 100% of the money in July last year but I鈥檝e only just been refunded, over 6 months later. A replacement chair never materialised, Loaf did not know where it was and neither did the warehouse.
Customer services will not put you through to a manager. They do not even have the courtesy to ring back.
Spent several hours emailing and ringing trying to resolve the issues. Horrendous experience for a company selling high end products. I will never buy from them again and would advise anyone to think again.

Agent never contacted me

2 Agents never contacted me . Problem solved by myself .
No feedback from first agent when I asked for a problem to be solved .
Only feedback had was after I solved problem and lots of email requests for rating . I鈥檇 give no star if I could as customer service dreadful! This is not first time either !
Would not use again ever!

Great experience at Loaf Spitalfields.. shout out to Dina for her advice and help with my mum trying out the best sofa for size, fit and comfort. Always great quality at Loaf, my first sofa experience and fab that we could try them out but also buy bed mattresses here as they are super comfy and great quality.

Bed and Headboard

Initial on-line investigations had enabled us to select the bed and headboard we wanted. A visit to the store enabled us to see it for real and confirm our choice. The Shop assistant helped us through material finishes and colours as we had taken along swatches of the carpet and curtains. Purchased bed and headboard. If we are still finishing the decorating when the bed is due for delivery then we can ask Loaf to hold the bed for up to a month.

Misleading Delivery expectations

The website stated that we should expect an 8 working day delivery window but in reality we are having to wait 3 weeks. Loaf could do much more to manage your expectations in this area.

Disheveled appearance of settees

Disappointed after travelling 2 hours to the Wilmslow Loaf store that Loaf do not make customers aware on their online site of the material that is used in their cushions i.e duck feather which will ultimately affect the look and practically of the sofa . We spent a good hour observing very friendly staff constantly re plumping the sofas, presumably to increase the appearance of the settee cushions. If you are not looking for a disheveled style then look for foam cushions elsewhere.
This would prepare customers prior to purchasing this style of settees which often then result in poor reviews due to a dissatisfied appearance.

The product looks and feels fantastic.we liked the staff at wilmslow,very helpful and not pushy.we had samples sent to us so we knew what colour we wanted but in the store itself all the samples were on display so lots of choice.not the cheapest but if you want quality,you get what you pay for
