I recently completed a Cert III in Information Technology Elective Focus Basic Cyber Security Awareness. Craig was my trainer who really assisted me in whatever I needed help with. He is always keen to have a chat about anything and makes me feel at ease. The course was great, as it allows you to have a work life balance as it is self-paced, which made me feel comfortable. I have just finished a cert 3 in information technology with Rajee she was the best whenever I had a question or didn't know how to do a part of a unit. Rajee would always take time out of her day to help me and to explain how to do it.

The service is terrible if you have the wrong trainer they won't reply for a couple days to weeks. I assure you they don't care about you and only care about your money if you do enrol if you have to pay for 50% of the course if you end up withdrawing from the course
"Upon enrolment into the course, you agreed to the terms and conditions of the enrolment and policies and prodecures of Lumify Learn. This includes the withdrawal policy which advises:
Students enrolled in Nationally Accredited Training will be given access to 50% of the total Qualification units, upon commencement. Students are financially obligated to pay for 50% of total course fees after the 10 working days cooling off period”.

From my first encounter with a course adviser, right through to almost completion of Cert IV ICT Web Development with Rajee the mentor for my course, my experience has been always positive. Rajee has helped me whenever I needed it, she has been positive and encouraging. I have only 2 assessments to complete to finish the course and I am excited about the next step. The course itself is very good, not too complicated. There are a few units (so called core units) that are not really in line with what I expected as content to be learning, but with Rajee's help I got through them. I am considering taking on another course, depending on where I end up job wise, and based on my experience so far, I won't hesitate to do so if I thought I needed it. Thanks very much Lumify Learn.

Overall, the topics under the data science professional course are sufficient to get a good grade. The mentors are really helpful and responds to the email promptly. It would be a really great addition! if we can see more contents about Power BI and it's practical guidance in near future.

Completed a Cert IV Networking. From day 1 it has been an extremely user friendly student portal. Taking on study was definitely a challenge when it came to my personal life due to working full time and not being able to go into classes. Lumify gave me the opportunity to complete study without leaving my house providing an all online course with access to a support trainer to help guide me through some challengers.
I was assigned Daniel Armstrong who really went above and beyond to see me through until the end. Bringing in a great attitude toward the I.T world and sharing his knowledge and experience to the younger/ new generation of I.T experts. Will be back to complete a Diploma.
