Frustration and lies. My mom was charged $299.99 for a product she was told cost $39.99. She even researched the company before she bought.
After three phone calls, they were “only able” to refund half the amount and “couldn’t” stop the package being shipped. There is no supervisor, no accountability, and no other recourse for customers. There is not one thing this company did right. My best recommendation for them… change everything.
I ordered a package of the gummies for 39.99. My card as charged 299.99, but was declined. Fraud department alerted me. Could you please remove this card number from your records and send me verification of having done so. Do NOT TRY TO USe CARD AGAIN.
Another product where all the reviews are high. But ALL the reviews are about product availability, shipping, customer service. Not one review about what this product did for the customer and for what issues. Looks like a scam.
Yes I have visited your store because I was going to purchase something. So I looked at the reviews to see whether I should purchase your product. I could not find one review about any of the products. Every review was about shipping, customer service, but no product review. Doesn't look good when there are no reviews on the actual products.
My one year old had struggles with number 2 after taking this multivitamins because this syrup dried up his poop to the extent he cried when he pooped for the 2days I gave him this multivitamins. I had to give him calpol and lots of liquid to help liquify his poop so he can poop with ease. Guess what, when I stopped giving him this multivitamins, his internal system became normal, no more dry poop, no more tears.
