#MobileMonster, Same as many others. I sent my Galaxy S23 at my cost, Express Post, registered and insured, on 4th Jan. Apparently you received an “Express Post” item on the 8th Jan (???) and it is now the 15th Jan and I’ve had no communication or payment. Your promise of “money sent within 3 to 5 working days” and “quick payment” requires attention in your advertising. Never again!

Easy, straight forward way to sell your old phone. All done online, simple process and they pick up postage, payment direct to bank account. Better value than trade in at Apple, particularly if the phone is in good condition. Probably could get more via market place but are the extra hassles worth it?

What a great experience so easy end to end. Easy to follow instructions, advised when my phone had been received by MM and advised when payment would be received. An excellent amount paid for my phone which I received within a week. I would recommend MM to everyone.

One of the only companies that gives you the best price for selling your old phone, better than selling it privately and risk getting scammed/ device stolen and low balled. They honour the agreed price and pay promptly, never had any issues. I have also bought devices from them and also their partner Rebeloo and devices have been exceptional quality too.
