I needed to add worldwide cover to the remaining 2 months of my Europe only policy but then wanted to revert back to Europe only upon renewal. I thought this might have been problematic but it was no bother and the lady I spoke to understood exactly what I needed and sorted it all out with no fuss.

Issue Resolved Promptly

After experiencing an issue with the auto-renewal functionality, I submitted a complaint to Multitrip.com. To their credit, they responded the very next day and resolved the matter to my satisfaction. While I still believe the auto-renewal process needs to be reviewed, it’s reassuring to see the company take such issues seriously and act promptly. Buyers should remain cautious, but their quick resolution deserves recognition. Overall, I’m updating my rating to 4/5 for their customer service.
