They are really on the ball with their customer service, and the options they have, provide us with flexibility and support. We like to have control over our data, and Net2Phone allows us that control. I have set up my phone system exactly as I expect it to act, and I haven't had any issues!

We started out with Versature about 10 years ago. I still remembered our transition from land line to VOIP was very smooth (It was not an easy task with no down time). Versature had an outstanding supporting team. Since Net2phone took over, it is maintaining consistency in quality and great customer support.

We recently had another renewal offers cause our phone sets reached their end of life. Hailey helps throughout the renewal deal, switching new phone sets, resolving customer issues. We have had a great experience with her and Net2phone. It is greatly appreciated!

On the Ball

Great customer service & support

Contract Renewal

Upon reaching the opportunity to renew our agreement with net2phone, it really was an easy choice. Apart from the great performance of your system, I find that interactions with your staff, in this case Elizabeth Aldrich in particular, have been wonderful.
