I contacted them through customer services several times over one month and have yet to receive a response. Awful deplorable non existent customer service. The imaginary Thomas has left the building it seems. An expensive ornament. Should have gone for the Levo2
I wrote to them asking when they would ship my order 2 weeks ago and I didn't get any answer, only an invoice yesterday.
Great service and clear info through whatsapp. All my questions were answered before i placed my order. And the product itself feels like great quality. My first batch of infused oil was a success even though i’ll be looking for better ratio’s of oil:plant material for optimal doses.
The ease of how to operate the the everclear extraction process for making RSO/FECO Which Has Saved My Life From stage 3 Liver for over 8 years! I used to reduce it in a special electric Stove & Reduction pan agter my own freeze whole fresh flower , traping All the Tricombs & Terpines In -70* which was an Art In Itself to get the final syripy true RSO/FECO Final Medicene. This Is Easy-Peasy!!!!

Great product! Very discreet and efficient! The feco i made was awesome! Great infussion cycle! My only concern is that in order to fully decarb it has to do 2-3 decarb sessions! After the first session there is too much light green and visible crystals which in my experience should not be the case! Best customer service in the world provided by Thomas!!!

The POT by Noids looks pretty stylish and like a quality product.
It's simple and very effective in usage. No noise and almost no smell whilst doing its job.
And very easy to clean afterwards.
I tested it once so far. For now I am really happy with my new POT!

I am not great at writing reviews but I wanted to write one for this company. I have absolutely no clue how this CBD OIL making process works. After buying CBD oil for my Great Dane for several years at great expense I decided I would try to make my own. I reached out to several companies about their machines. The only reply I received was from Thomas at Pot by Noids. He replied to ALL my emails, and there were plenty. He was so patient and thorough, I hadn't even purchased the Pot. His help and patience convinced me that the Pot was the right one for me. He wasn't trying to sell me anything. I could have taken his help and used it with any other machine. When I tried to order it it was out of stock. I was determined this was the machine I wanted so i waited. The herb comes into contact with very little metal and uses glass for the process. That was really important to me. The reviews for this machine are very positive I just wanted to focus on the customer service aspect. When it came back into stock I bought it the same day. Thomas emailed me to let me know as well. Anyway I truly believe that no matter how great a product is and I am sure that this is pretty great, having good customer service helps make a good product an awesome product.

This an all inclusive machine. It’s quiet, accurate and easy to use. I’m handicapped so I can decarb and infuse without help from anyone. I love it because it so smooth and very easy for me to use.

Working great. Machine make all just by it self. Unit have simple control, I got my butter nice and easy in few hours. Now playing with oils and its same easy. Great piece for kitchen.

Great product, great service and delivery, my only criticism is that the manual and instructions seem to assume you already know the science and already know the exact chemical breakdown and their quantities in the herb product you have.
The idiot proof hardware needs matching documentation to support.
Start with a summary of the end to end process of each end product, what it is used for, and the high level steps to get there.
Then cover how to identify your herb and what to do if you aren't sure.
Then talk about the detailed steps of progressing through the process.

I had a brief moment of uncertain in buying the POTS by Noids, and I requested a refund literally within 6 hours of purchasing it. Without any argument, I received confirmation and my refund. I ordered the POTS again the next day. I lost a memorial day 15% discount, but for the hassle I put them through, I didn't deserve the discount. I am happy 😊
