A year since I used any number and can't cancel the account, I did and still I have one, email are useless and told me call to a shop? I've tried everything and even today 4 times trying to take money again so now I had to cancel my personal card as it doesnn't stop. had to ask for a refund after being unable to activate my brough number, since apparently you need a functioning number to get a number (duh) went perfectly and got refunded super fast ! (:

It does not work!

It does not work!
I have made the payment and completed all the setup steps but I still cannot make any calls!
Their Customer care does not reply and the AI Support Chat shuts down after my first message is sent!
Useless!

RISK OF IDENTITY THEFT

RISK OF IDENTITY THEFT! - I had a major security breach: a year after I terminated, the person who reused my number got access to my contact list and made fraudulent calls from that number. I complained to OnOff who never replied.

Horrible service and customer service

Horrible service and customer service. Waste of money, and they'll never refund you even though their services don't work. They seem to have an excuse for everything and will blame you for their shortcomings. Avoid at all costs.

fraud and scam I would not recommend this company to…

I would not recommend this company to be used for service as tel number provider , customer service is bad, bad to the point we will be feel you come to a trap of scam , they just want to take your money !!! be carful , I paid £20 and I had trust this was genuine, but its complete scam , be carful not to join and trust that you will not have any services from them and you will lose you money all the way with them ,

Aggressive deceptive spam

e-mailed me out of the blue saying;

“It seems your onoff account has been inactive for some time now, and it will be closed unless you make a purchase within the next seven days.�

That’s strange seeing as I’ve never opened an account. Clearly onoff are spamming me and trying to get through e-mail filters. At least they have an option to unsubscribe at the bottom, oh no wait, “It appears the unsubscribe link you followed is out of date� what, the link on the e-mail onoff sent me 10 minutes ago? The unsubscribe page then changed by itself to an advert for onoff.
