Everything from the onsite builder to the excellent updates on the build and delivery. Their customer service is excellent. I have bought twice from them. Would highly recommend and much better value than buying from prebuilt suppliers

I've gotten 6 gaming focused PC builds with periferals from PC specialist over the past 10 years, 2 for myself the others for friends and family. All have been excellent, on time, great cable management, no configuration or quality control problems.

Really enjoyed the transparency about the process, you have a detailed flow chart of exactly how things work end to end and the updates and proactive and regular.
For someone who wants a PC built to your exact spec by professionals who can flag if any of your components contradict, make another one redundant etc, this company is a no brainer. Excellent service

Helped with specifications, pricing was very easy to decipher, delivered quickly

Only complaint, not living in the U.K., all my queries had to go via email, and only replied the day or so afterwards. Made it slow to make decisions, especially if different queries emailed different days. Would prefer a faster way of communicating

The staff was more than helpful in helping me fix some issues I came across when ordering my setup.
However, the system I received goes through relatively frequent blue-screen errors (but nothing I can’t fix), which is why I put four stars instead of five.

Ordering process was very clear, with specs and pricing easy to understand. Very good communication from the seller during stages of building, testing and shipping. Ordered a new high spec laptop and received to my door in 7 working days. Very securely packaged on arrival

First ever gaming PC and decided to buy something decent just over €1800.

All seemed well at the start, however waited nearly a month to receive my PC and now have to send back as the GPU as won't run any games and rebooting the PC. Along with RBG's knocking on and off.

Another upto 2 week turnaround to get the PC, hopefully usable when back

great service from start to finish, there was a slight delay with the order since the guys found a problematic fan and spend 7 days to fix, which made me a bit anxious but overall no complaints, communication was incredible and always reassuring, delivery service was great and very well packed and the new system works like a charm, would definitely recommend.

The ordering process (for an Elimina Pro laptop) was straightforward. Information on build and delivery was provided on a rolling basis and delivery was on the specified date.
The one minor reservation was that the laptop appears to be supplied without any user manual (for the basic laptop keyboard functions, etc.). A web search did not provide any alternative source.
The laptop was purchased with a Ilyama G-Master GB2770QSU-B6 27inch monitor. Unfortunately, the PCSpecialist product information did not indicate or clarify that this particular monitor does not facilitate height or orientation adjustment. I accept that this should be clarified by the purchaser but it would have been helpful to be aware of this before purchase. Product information for all monitors might incorporate this to avoid potential misunderstanding.

I ordered a pc just after the New Year and it is great. It is everything I was hoping for and better. The pc took a while longer to deliver (compared to the websites average dispatch time), however I understand that this was likely due to high demand after Christmas (as the rates became a bit slower after a couple days). Other than that, I was really happy with the pc, the customisation and the customer service. Would recomend�
