When I received a phone call to say my order is ready I mentioned that I'll organise a courier because $165 delivery is a bit steep for what I ordered. The agreed and said that the standard fee for sheets of roofing, not what I ordered. She sent it straight out with no delivery fee.
The staff member I dealt with went out of her way in assisting me. Product was well priced and received in good time. Made it a pleasure to deal with the company.

Spoke to the office staff who were very nice and confident a delivery was possible before Xmas. Placed the order and paid and only 4 days later the delivery arrived - would have been better if I had received a delivery is scheduled notification!
First time working with Sunlite and I did find the instructions very loose, would be great to specify the rubber ONLY goes on the sided of the H channel and NOT on the F edge sides. Also found I had to squash to and bottom (tapes edges) to make to edge pieces go on easier. Overall I found the rubber very difficult to get into the H channel but happy with the final result and a great addition to our house
