The whole process was easy from start to finish. A nice easy website to navigate,with the option to use clearpay as payment. Item was a little more expensive than the bigger companies,but I'd rather support the smaller family run businesses. Delivery was really quick even at Xmas time.
A great range of products with good brands to explore. Very fast pre xmas delivery too. Delighted with my kitchen items and the delivery. I feel like I'm buying from a real shop with company even though it has to be online as its not local to me.

Thank you for your message and your feedback.
Looking at the tracking information and our past correspondence; you received the goods on Wednesday 18th at 10.49 and messaged us on the same at 19.51 to say the tins were dented.
We responded at 09.07 the next day asking for photographs of the items, you responded that you'd already donated them on the Wednesday.
We would have happily refunded or replaced the items, and dispatched any replacement on a pre-Christmas service, however without proof of the damage and the goods being on their way back to us, we are not able to do this.
