I waited a very long time for the parcel, it took almost a month, the parcel was supposed to arrive at home, although money was paid for the delivery, the parcel was not delivered to the house, it was delivered to the post office, which I had to go to pick up myself

The company did not have the item I orderered in stock. I then asked to cancel the order to buy the item somewhere that had it in stock. 3 min later money was back in my account! Super friendly and professional customer handling! Will happily do business with them again!
