Bought a mag charging head car suction mount. Left the car at the airport for a week and when I returned it had fallen off. It had been hot so it was not unexpected. Despite cleaning the windscreen, and cleaning the suction pad it will not reattach to the glass, so effectively useless now. Very disappointing for something that cost around $150.

Just got my iPhone 13pro case. So happy with it. And to use with my in car QuadLock and on the bike.

Customer support is astonishingly non-existant!
Even though the products MIGHT be of excellent quality, I still have to try it out though, since my first order placed on the 27th of November 2024 has not yet been mounted due to the wrong product received. The customer support is astonishingly non-existant!
First of all, the configurator made me buy the worng product. When trying to understand which one I really needed, the chatbot was the only option to have a chat with. Obviously with no result! Turning in circles.
Well, I decided to buy a complete new Wireless Charging Head - unfortunately even for a much higher price 🤬 - and I'm still waiting to understand how to return the first one that was wrongly advised by the configurator and understand if I will get refunded.
Now, I ordered the new one last Friday (10 jan) with the DHL fast delivery and as of today I have no indication if the order has shipped and if so how to track it. I need it fast, hence the €18 extra payment for fast delivery (duhh)
So I try to get in contact with the support.... again the chatbot.... again running in circles with no answers.... again frustration.... and still at 17:15 no idea where my order is and when I'm supposed to receive it...
Quad Lock... YOU CAN DO BETTER THAN THIS!!
THE CHATBOT IS USELESS!!!!!!

Bad Car windscreen suction mount
Bought a mag charging head car suction mount. Left the car at the airport for a week and when I returned it had fallen off. It had been hot so it was not unexpected. Bad business practices, think twice
Quad Lock the product is good, quad lock the company is bad, with a capital B!
I ordered a mount in November 2024, I was contacted later to say it’s on back order to January 2025, then later contacted again to say February 2025 and now it’s the end of March 2025. They have taken my money and refuse to refund me. It’s illegal to take money for something you don’t actually have to sell. It’s also illegal to refuse a refund. I would stick clear of this company, as when you order, you don’t know if they actually have it in stock and if they do say it’s on back order and they give you a month it will be delivered, you can bet they are lying 🤥
UPDATE:- The last email from Quad Lock was them refusing to refund me. I then replied stating I was in the process of highlighting their bad business practices to Trading Standards in the UK, as it’s illegal to refuse a refund within 30 days of the item being delivered and if you don’t have the item to sell in stock in the first place, it’s worse, as they shouldn’t have even taken the money in the first place, you invoice at the point of shipping, not five months before you might have the item to ship.
I also left this review on Trust Pilot to warn others and straight away a refund was done, even though they stated it was impossible to complete a refund in email to me, as they had partially shipped my order with items they had in stock, which is a ridiculous statement to make.
I’m now buying a 3rd party mount that a Go Pro and Quad Lock works on for cheaper, so will run this Quad Lock case until next phone and go to a competitor in future. No more business going to Quad Lock from me and my family & friends.

Quad Suck
On 16 November 2024, I ordered few items and 1 x item came faulty or missing parts which I can not figure out, not to forget to mention there was no proper instruction leaflet in the box. And I had to sent back the item following the correct return procedure. I am surprised with the fact that now I have to wait for months. Not only my shopping experience was ridiculous but also my replacement item new delivery/shipping time is out of this world. While contacting QLock since November 2024, I have been told that item will be delivered on late February 2025 (at first) and now late March 2025, seriously ! How do you feel to wait for months and with changing dates ? I have been loyal customer and always recommend QLock to my family and friends but now I do not recommend to anyone because of the way you treat and serve. QLock, can not be trusted anymore with this cheap and low standard.

Poor quality of the magsafe case
Unfortunately I have been experiencing issues with the MAGsafe case.
I want to start off by saying how slippery the case is overall, if You have a bit of dry hands the case does not feel grippy at all and easily slides out of your hands.
Secondly the case with the ring for Magsafe is poorly designed and not viable to be used with Magsafe accesoires. The idea of interchangeable rings is cool but it shouldnt have been the actual magnet. On the first day of use the ring instantly broke when taking it off a Magsafe accessory.
Support sent me a replacement and informed me that it was designed specifically to work with the Quad lock MAG head and MAG wireless charging heads. The limited use of third party accessories is not completely clear from the product page.
With the replacement ring attached I put the case with the phone in it on a Quad lock MAG head and when taking it off the ring stayed on the MAG head and was ripped out of the case. The upper little plastic part which should keep the ring in place was broken off.
All in all I'm regretting the purchase, I can see the Quad lock cases being a good product as the mechanism to lock the case in to place works really well. Unfortunately I am now stuck with a useless car mount as I would need to be looking in to alternative cases :(
I want to say support has been great in providing the replacement ring and I am sure their other products are great.

Don’t trust them
I got am email saying I have a defective battery & it could explode. They asked me for SN & bank account details to transfer the money back to me . It’s not happening … they keep making excuses up …saying stuff like it keeps bouncing back to us . Then they said they need more details like date of birth. So I gave them it . I then get an email saying it’s been transferred. What a load of crap . I contacted them again & was told it had bounced back again . ITS A SIMPLE BANK TRANSFER. I think they just don’t want to give me my refund. They kept saying we will give you £100 store credit. NO I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR A DEFECTIVE BATTERY PACK

Extremely poor customer service
Extremely poor customer service. Ordered item waited two weeks to receive it, only notified after purchase of stock limitation. Contacted customer support for assistance failed to communicate until third effort. Made a complaint and still not received any update. Very disappointed with company. Will never use them again, made multiple orders, but never again.

After a bit more than a year my cover started braking in pieces. I bought a new one that never arrived after a month of back and forth. Customer service useless, they disappear with the cover and the money. Unreliable company and awful service.

I made an order and after 8 days since…
I made an order and after 8 days since the shipment start ( EU to EU ) the courier lost the shipment but they refused to send a simple email to clarify their it.
After 16 days, few my email to the courier and me forward to Quad Lock they finally answered asking a new shipment address.
Their customer support is simply ridiculous....
I asket for a refund ASAP

Quadlock shipping is poor. Ordered on a 48 hour delivery and after 6 days contracted customer services only to be told to wait longer again before they would do anything. It’s a real shame they aren’t putting there customers first.

30% off, when everything gone up so expensively lately that is very good. I gave a 4 star for a couple of reasons. First is, I bought the magnet for my new IPhone Pro Max 16. Came off a couple of times off when I pulling the phone out of my pocket. Needs to be a stronger magnet. 2nd is the clear protective lens, I wish it would come with an extra for the 3 small camera lens as aftermarket’s ones sell them.

Disappointing Quality and Poor Customer Service Experience
Six months ago, while on vacation in Athens, Greece, I purchased a Quad Lock case with its mount for my iPhone. It seemed solid and secure, so I decided to invest in it, despite its high price. After returning to the USA, I attached it to my motorcycle and enjoyed many rides.
However, one week ago, I noticed the case had started to warp, making me feel unsafe putting my phone in it. I emailed their customer service to explain the issue and request a replacement. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find the receipt. They informed me that without it, they could only offer a 20% discount on a new purchase. I found this offer quite insulting; not having the receipt shouldn’t excuse selling a product that doesn’t meet quality standards.
As I researched online, I realized I’m not the only one who has encountered this issue, which suggests they are aware that some of their cases develop bending problems. This is not the way a reputable company should treat its customers. I will not be purchasing from them again in the future.

Beware, you’re going to be disappointed
Non existent customer service. They supplied the wrong Royal Mail tracking number and have not resolved the non delivery issue. Will get a refund from my credit card. Beware if you order from Quad Lock you’ll be disappointed so you can’t say you weren’t warned.
