Exceptional support received
Having inherited RotaCentral from my predecessor, I'd had no training on how to use it. I've used the Helpdesk support a number of times over the last year and have always received a very quick response, solving the problem or giving me advice, often receiving a follow up email to check that what I'd wanted to do worked in practice. Recently, I wanted to know whether the system could be adapted to my organisation's specific needs. Within a day or so, a Zoom call was arranged so that staff could understand my needs to see whether there were any existing ways that could be tailored. If not, they would look at whether an enhancement could be written into the system. The call lasted 90 minutes and could not have been more helpful. RotaCentral go above and beyond with personalised help to try to enable you to achieve your goals - all at a very reasonable price for the package.
