using their service since 1 year..if…

using their service since 1 year..if something didnt work the problem got solved by an ticket (refund or they try again)
i wish they would add something like paypal again because it was easier to stock up my balance. all in all. they do what they promise

They don't care about refunds.

Some of their services they provide are just marked as completed, and when you make a ticket to get your funds back, as you didn't get the promised result, they will tell you that they'll notify the seller, and there will be no consequence after that.

Good Site even BETTER service!

Amazing fast service, good prices and even better delivery. Clean easy to use GUI and many of my orders have been greater than what I paid for! Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality SMM service!
