We're looking at potentially buying a new sofa and Jayne was lovely and gave us the space to have a look and assess our options. While we didn't end up purchasing a new sofa, we did end up buying an ex-display chair. The whole experience was really good and felt different to the other sofa places.

From the first visit to my second visit today, when I purchased a sofa, the staff were knowledgeable and attentive without being pushy. I also have to praise the visual merchandising within the store as it really does enhance your furniture enabling you to see what it looks like in a room. 5 stars go to Damion and Sandra.
Steve (Thurrock) gave us exceptional service. He was friendly, informative and extremely helpful. Explaining every aspect of purchasing the sofa. Steve made our in store experience easy and fun which made us confident to purchase pretty much on the same day we laid eyes on the sofa.
Put very simply the staff in your Poole Branch were outstanding..the way they treated us was exemplary and they spent the best part of an hour and a half answering each and everyone of our questions with an attention to detail and customer service I’ve rarely seen before..in short I couldn’t recommend Jason and his team more.

No presure sales
The salesman, Leon from the Hanley branch was very pleasant and knowledgeable about all the sofas. He investigated my needs and what environment I live in with my pets. He was not pushy at all. He was very patient with my indecisive decisions. He had a great approach And a very personable person. I could not ask for anything more and give Leon 10 out of 10. An overall no pressure sales and I would gladly recommend Hanley branch and Leon‘s name to get first class service

Sunk cushions after 2 years
I purchased a sofa and chair in Nov 2023 for £3,000 and was assured it was quality and long lasting. Now a little over 2 years later the cushion on the armchair has completely sunk and the sofa is going the same way. This is after having technicians out twice to mend seams in the first 18 months.
I have been onto Sofology today to report the issue of the sunk cushions . They simply told me they don't deal with the manufacturer any more due to similar issues and because I am out of warranty I have to resolve and pay for any technician repairs.
Yet when I went into the showroom in 2023 the Saleswoman could not do enough to persuade me what a quality, long lasting piece of furniture this was !
