I bought honor v3 magic.
The phone arrived in about 2 weeks.
I was not sure if it was compatible in AU as it was a global model although it said on the site it was.

I am using Boost sim and it is working. At times i felt like signals are not that great, and some calls not ringing through but I have not tested it enough to be 100% sure.

The phone itself came with a 66W charger and a phone cover, although the charger is a foreign plug charger but charges the phone pretty quick.

It also came with a beautiful cover, so saved me money on that too.

This phone had brilliant oversees reviews and at the moment I am liking it. The front screen is almost a full size phone screen.

I dislike that they forgot to dispatch my order altogether until i chatted them on their live chat. Texted on whatsapp a million times yet no one answered.
I like that they urgently shipped my order the day i finally got a reply from their cs.

I have recently bought the Honor Magic6 pro from Spectronic Australia. I was a bit worried the phone wouldn't work in Australia, but customer service was really diligent in answering all my questions about it. After I purchased it (at the best possible price), and throughout the process, it was really easy to track. Phone arrived on expected date and works perfectly. I'll definitely go back to them when the time comes to buy a new one. Some reviews I read made me a bit wary, but the shopping experience was fantastic! Definitely recommended!!!!

Drop shipping

I purchased a mobile recently.
My issue was to do with communication.
I tried to contact Spectronic via email, phone, mobile, WhatsApp without success.
For a drop shipping business I would have thought excellent communication would have been a minimum expectation.
Mine was not a positive experience but maybe mine was an isolated case???
Edit 13/03/2024.
Spectronic reply states they are not drop shippers.
They don't hold the stock on hand and it only ships from the manufacturer several days after payment has been made.
That seems to be the very essence of drop shipping.

Got the phone in two days

Got the phone in two days! It was a phone that's not available in Australia and I was totally surprised they even had it in the first place let alone deliver it within two days.
Price was great, very responsive on WhatsApp chat and tracking was through DHL so all sweet. 110% trust worthy and genuine business that delivered a service above and beyond most.

DO NOT ORDER. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Tried to cancel on an order that hasn't been shipped. Was told "Sorry. Unable to change status order." This was half a day after i ordered. This is madness. Unflexible business should not be a business at all.

Your order was shipped the same day. If your order was not ready to ship we would have cancelled and your order was processed before the dispatch time. If shipping was slow it would have been an issue.
How is same-day dispatch and shipping a terrible experience?

Worst ever!!

I've been waiting for my phone for almost 3 weeks and still haven't got it. Worst experience with a delivery company and worst answering company I have ever had!! Nothing has been working!!!!

Poor communication

Poor communication. No order confirmation. Colour ordered no longer available. Delivery delayed as a result. Spectronic upgraded the order to DHL expedited, but it made absolutely no difference, Tracking showed it stationary between December 22 and December 27 when it finally arrived. It was ordered Dec 19 and was supposed to be a Xmas present. Tracking is difficult to understand and suggests the order originated overseas, as it mentions customs clearance ie. not Australia although it's an Australian website. Can't say I'm very impressed.

We apologize that your experience was not the best but we want to clarify that during the period of the 22nd to the 27th it was the Christmas holidays therefore ALL shipments were on hold. Because courier companies do not deliver during that period.

Good deals and good selection

Good deals and good selection of quality phones. I got a Poco M5s to try out. It was delivered in reasonably good time of about 8 days, over the Christmas period.
