PLEASE READ******After booking my trip I received a text message saying my stay will be uploaded in the hotels system in 3-5 days. I’m supposed be checking in 2 days. Staying positive as I received an email and voucher that my trip was secured for my dates. Will try to follow up on the outcome!!!!

I tried to book a room and before they took the payment I got a message asking for £28 for getting me a good price then I got charged then I got a message saying sorry my room has been sold out
Have I been scammed I used trivago to get to this company I’m a bit worried now

very bad customer service

I have booked with SUPER.COM before, without problems. However, I had problems with the hotel I booked last time and when I complained through the customer service chat, I got no answers. I made the complaint three times and the chat was closed without responses. A bad experience with customer service.
Added: My reservation is B_16195646. On Friday, December 27, I checked in at the hotel and was greatly disappointed: in the room there were many small cockroaches and a strong smell of cigarette smoke. That night it was difficult to rest (my wife and I). The next day we checked out to look for another hotel. The hotel customer service person told us to make the claim to SUPER.COM.
