After seeing the Sven’s van a few times around the area, I reached out to them for support for a minor job at a new residential property that I’m about to start building on.
It was a non urgent matter, however they were able to visit within 36 hours of reaching out, and actually solved my issue on site for me and didn’t even charge me a cent! Absolutely exceptional customer service, and this was the first time I’d ever spoken to them. Would highly recommend!

Have used sven’s plumbing multiple times now because of their professional, prompt and efficient service. We needed some hot water plumbing completed on our Rheem stellar hot water system. Daniel fully serviced the unit and even replaced our rusty anode. The prices are reasonable and they’re always helpful and friendly. Fantastic service!!
Called Svens plumbing and gas to attend an emergency hot water leak at my property in Canterbury. They were very efficient in installing my new aquamax 390 gas hot water cylinder. Pride in his work was apparent, very friendly and discussed each step along the way. Amazing communication throughout the job. It was an absolute pleasure having the guys working at our house. Sven’s team laid everything out for us up- front, gave good advice consistent with what a previous plumber had informed us, David advised against unnecessary extras and there were no gotcha’s. Sven carried out the work at very short notice despite it being a public holiday, and even afforded us a seniors discount. They were very pleasant, professional and the bathroom was sparkling clean when Sven finished. Overall we are delighted clients.

We had a gas leak near the gas meter. Sven arrived at the agreed time & was polite & professional. Sven located the leak at the gas regulator & advised the gas company was responsible for replacing the pressure regulator. We asked Sven if he gave pensioner discounts & advised he would charge us nothing for his time & materials provided we kept him in mind for future plumbing requirements. It has been a pleasure dealing with Sven & we highly recommend Svens Plumbing.

Restored my gas far quicker than expected. The guys at Sven’s plumbing worked tirelessly in the pouring rain to give us heating and hot water again. We are so appreciative of there hard work especially with young children in the house.

Hard working, friendly and efficient. We had Sven and mason install a new vanity basin at our heritage property. It was not a straight forward job but they worked very hard to complete the work in a timely manner. Sven’s is nothing short of a perfectionist, wearing a head torch to finish siliconing the edges. Clean and tidy work from a clean and tidy business : )
