Customer service is amazing but Shipping takes forever due to this being from Europe. I ordered December 11 & paid express printing. It's now December 26 and my order is stuck with customs. I didn't realize this was going to take so long.

I will say the customer service has been incredible though. Very responsive and genuinely kind.

I submitted my order on the 8th…

I submitted my order on the 8th December with a guaranteed 5-7 delivery and 20 days later I’m still waiting for my poster. Deeply disappointed in the communication from the company and my daughter not receiving her personal gift for her new born baby before Christmas. I would like a refund.

Great customer service but Shipping takes forever!!

We have put a lot of effort into making our packaging as durable as possible, but sometimes, unfortunately, damage occurs during transport despite this.

In order to create a claim for the order, we need pictures of the damaged poster, of the package in which it was delivered, as well as the white freight label on it.

Really disappointed

Really disappointed. They ask for 2 measurements - length and weight however they only scale the image of the baby down to the length, not the weight. My son was premature, weighed 840g at birth and passed away at 17 days old so I wanted a lovely poster that somewhat resembled him. I assumed that given that they asked for the weight, they might have 3 or 4 ‘widths’ of the baby to represent different weight categories. I think if they advertise a ‘scale image’ and ask for 2 reference measurements both should be taken into consideration when generating the image. If Snapchat can create people of different widths I don’t see how their images cant be adapted to be somewhat representative (albeit not a perfect representation). I’m currently pregnant again and was hoping to buy another poster with this baby on - but there is no point as at a glance I wouldn’t be able to tell which baby is which as my premature baby was, understandably, skinny. Very disappointing and I feel that it’s false advertising to use the word ‘scale’ and ask for both weight and length when only length will be taken into consideration.

Secondly, and as stated on the website, our Birth posters only adapt on a scale of 1:1 to your baby’s birth length.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to include the weight and other features in our illustrations, since the weight and other measurements differ for all babies.

The appearance of the baby may also differ a bit between our illustrations as they are all illustrated from different angles.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service
Poster had 3.28g on it rather than 3.28 kg and the company are refusing to reprint.
Company should have raised this prior to printing realising 3.28g is obviously incorrect.
Now they want me to purchase a brand new one!

We have no way of controlling all the details on each poster, this is the buyer's own responsibility. 

The information that you enter when ordering is what is printed on your poster. When you are ordering on our website you can see a preview of your poster, and when your order is completed you receive an order confirmation via email with all the details. You can change any mistakes yourself via the link in the order confirmation, for up to six hours (or one hour if you chose express delivery) after placing the order.

What we usually do when things like this happen is to offer a new, correct poster at a discount. Just get back to us if you change your mind and want to take part in the offer.
