The payment transfer was slow but the live agent was so nice. Probably won't use this platform again but I did have my problems solved. haha.

Totally unreliable
Totally unreliable. I used them to transfer money to a blocked account for Student visa. I did a transfer to Transfermate's local bank who held the money for roughly 3 weeks. No one by Transfermate's side cared to help or talk to their local bank. They just kept telling me our bank can't locate the money. I had to visit their bank and gave them the transfer information. Their bank was able to locate the money easily while I'm there. I kept following up with their bank till the money was allocated into their account.
I was expecting after all this delay and their failure to help and deal with their own bank that they will expedite pushing the funds to the blocked account. On the contrast, they told me that my payment registration was expired and I had to do a new one. The new registration came with a different exchange rate and they refused to honor the original rate, despite the fact that the delay that caused the payment registration to expire was by their side.
Since I was under the time pressure for the student visa, I visited their bank again and deposited the difference in their account as cash. So it should be in their account immediately or maximum an hour after the deposit. I shared the update over email, tried to call them a few times over the phone and shared the update over the chat channel. I received no confirmation nor a reply.
