Zero response to customer service requests

Service was interupted at the beginning of 2022. I was offered a new sim or a refund of the balance on my account. I chose the sim, which has never been provided and all my subsequent customer support enquiries are totally ignored. I have no sim and no refund. I don't know if the company was taken over, but it cannot be trusted. I have been chasing for years to get my money back and have now given up.

This service is no longer available. They do not respond to any form of contact - chat, emails or phone calls. They will probably still accept your payments but do not expect any response.

(July 2023)
I managed to contact them a few days ago and they said that they would resume operation next year. The service will change and customers will have an option to stay or get refund.

not sure if the problem was my phone or…

not sure if the problem was my phone or your system but it would freeze very often and I would need to turn the phone off and back on to continue, and it wold not allow me to cancel emails

Great way to get cheap data when travelling.

Easy to navigate website. Great dashboard. Easy to see how much data remains on your data pack. Great support when I had problems connecting to data in Cambodia. Zone 1 rates are good value for money.

The only downside is that you can only activate one voucher at a time. This is a pain when moving between Zone 1 and Zone 2 countries frequently. You have to buy a new data pack every time you move. Eg Thailand to Vietnam to Hong Kong.

The system does not work well for…

The system does not work well for customers in their 60's. Support is only available during Australian business hours. Hot spots didn't seem to register in London and UK generally.
Often wouldn't call numbers from my address book even when the country code was present (but would work normally with my usual service provider).
