I used to own the LG hu70ls 4k projector a fews years ago and regretted selling it. After building up quite a large amount in CEX vouchers I checked online and there was the very same LG projector available from Dartford CEX at a good price rated as B condition. Arrived very well packed in 2 days with the original LG box inside another strong box. Projector and accessories in very good condition and only 90 hours used on the 20,000 hour LED beam. Excellent transaction with CEX and could'nt be happier with the service. 5 stars !

Excellent service all round, ordered Galaxy A54 5G on Saturday. Item received exactly as described on the Tuesday. Good communications throughout. Have used C.E.X. a few times before. Same service every time. Can highly recommend.

Usually the best priced way to get old games/consoles (ymmv, obviously)
Haven't had a bad experience with them, you can return games that don't work and compared to other sites like ebay a lot of the prices are on par or better.

PS2 buzz controllers are old. But kids still love playing Jungle party now with more grandchildren added to family who also love playing we need to keep it going. To find a company that sells them for a fair price is valuable. Our 3rd set but over 20 years of using PS2 and buzz games, we are happy. Just wish the wireless version was affordable.

poor quality control, clearly not checking items before selling.

i have had to return so many things this year from CEX, its like they have stopped checking items before they sell them online.
had phones with dead batteries, filthy sticky outside like it was a kids phone found in sofa seat crack, laptop with half inch dead pixel line in centre of the screen, sealed games arriving unsealed and keys used.
.
they were not like this before.
ill be glad when i finish using up the voucher i took for selling my phone.
really wish i took the cash now.

on the positive side their website is easy to use and they have been great with returns, no trouble at all.

I love getting DVDs from CEX l can go…

I love getting DVDs from CEX l can go one line or go to the local shop, but this time l was lucky to get what l wanted on line. My husband loved it because all he has to get is the last series of The Vampire Diaries. We got them okay and they play okay as well. So thank you to CEX.
