Sent envelope for me to send phone in postage paid ,was able to track phone to say it had been received ,then they emailed and sent text message today there checks were being done which could take up to 72 hours but within a few hours got a reply and phone had passed .
Funds were sent but due to the weekend had to wait for next working day for them to be processed ,very good would use again competitive rate for phone

This company tried to scam me. Offered me £140. When they received the phone said lots was wrong with it and then offered £10. Got them to return it to find they Signed me up for virus protection from their sister company. Didn’t know this until they tried to take money from my account.I would avoid them !! I took my phone to another place who did check everything they said was wrong and didn’t find anything wrong and brought my phone. We buy any phone is a big scam company. I wish I read the reviews first. You learn by your mistakes. AVOID them don’t make the same mistake I did

Offer was half of quoted price due to very minor marks to top of phone not screen. Contacted and quired my quote. Then another offer was made which was acceptable. If we had phone sent back it would of cost £15 so my advice would be use a company that will send your phone back free of charge if you are not happy with the price

Sent my I phone13 pro max, spotless. Estimated £250. Found? fault so offered £120. Decided to refuse and asked politely to send my phone back. A full on live conversation then began, I asked for my phone back 4 times, but a call handler just would not answer the request. The intimidation is wrong. I sent the phone, I did not agree with the offered price so asked for phone back. It should be so easy! I will never deal with this company again and feel quite angry that they take advantage of holding onto the phone. I will be escalating this, but avoid.
