1. there is no policy of cash on delivery, and looking at customer review/experience with your portal I dont think its advisable to risk my money

First of all the company needs to fix all the bugs in website . I ordered for nokia lumia 630 back panel on
27th of April 2024 (Cash on delivery).It showed order processing and an mail for its confirmation came,but till date if I check my orders it show no orders placed or
by chance if it shows up it says processing order.
The second thing your company needs to be customer oriented no major updates are shared through mail .The customer care number given in the website(mobile device) is wrong number, apparently I
called in that number and a man said its wrong number and he has been telling people its not customer care but a mistake .
Also kindly provide an aprrox date for delivery of product. That's all thank you.

If any one from wizekart see's this kindly implement fixes for these errors as soon as possible .
Edit= they fixed an issue product is now shipped

Concern regarding order
I placed an order for schwarzkopf professional shampoo from wizekart on 2nd May 2024 and i didn't receive any confirmation/acknowledgement that when i will get my product. The customer care number given in the website(mobile number) is wrong number, when I called on that number and a man said its wrong number and it's his Mom personal number. I even dropped an email regarding my order but didn't receive any update. I'm not sure when I'll get my order. My Order number is GAEXWSAML.

I have placed an order for maybelline peach bloom baby lips in quantity of 2 my amount got deducted but no order reflected on my profile so I called customer care, they tried to scam me by asking me to install my desk app this is so unsafe
Why would I blame your company for no reason I will gain nothing out of it , it might not be your mistake but the number mentioned in your website only I have called and that person asked me to do so, today I recieved my order but that wasn't the same product I ordered, I recieved some other product
Also please fix the bug in your website even after placing the order , if I go to order history and check no order shows and no tracking. How would anyone know what's going on
