So I don’t usually write reviews but I just felt that I needed to point out a certain member of staff (Sarah Smith). She was appointed as my project manager and to say my pre existing set up at my bar was a bit complicated was an understatement.

I told Sarah the situation i was in and she guided me not only with the correct products that i required but also woth the help and support from start to finish.
Although she was very professional, after a couple of conversations it was just like talking to a friend who had my best interests at heart.
The products I now have are better than I expected and the customer service from Sarah was 11 out of 10.

Having been in conversation with Charlotte over the last month or 2, I can honestly say she is an absolute asset to your company. She's so bubbly and friendly on the phone and talks through every aspect to find the perfect deal for us. Charlotte's not too pushy like other companies can be and puts you at ease right from the beginning. Well done, and Thank you.

Outstanding customer service.

trying to get a PAC code for a business…

trying to get a PAC code for a business phone and you have to jump through hoops... we can't because of GDPR blah blah blah ... to be told when we rang back to just text PAC to 65075 for FREE!!!!!! I hope to never do business with you ever again....... passed between O2 and Aerial for best part of 4 hours on the phone for it all to be fixed in less than 60 seconds..... difficult for the hell of it !

Excellent Service

Despite problems getting full control of my laptop he persevered until he could access the details he needed and then proceeded to explain clearly how I can access the information I was requiring.

Aerial /O2

Aerial were fine but trying to pay with O2 was a hassle when direct debit hadn’t been taken. Lack of communication and cutting you off when waiting was unacceptable from O2.
When out of contract after being an 02 customer for probably the last 20 years I will sadly be considering leaving Aerial. We do not need the stress.
