That speed and ease of filling the claim was astonishing. I was having an issue trying to file online which was opererator error come to find out. I initiated the chat help and was connected with an agent who provided exceptional customer service the whole interaction was very prompt no fluf straight to the point.

Today I needed help to reactivate a phone I left at a friend's house. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Kimberly she walked me through the process perfectly. It couldn't have gone better. Thanks again for the help!

Sent laptop for new keyboard. After weeks of delay and fake messages of waiting for parts, it returns - with the original keyboard. Long story but this is what I have in writing:
1) Promised multip
le times (verbally and in writing) that I'd get a refund for the plan if I cancelled my protection. Cancellation worked just fine; the refund didn't happen. I needed to go through my state attorney general's office to get a partial refund.
2) In looking for refund on other plans, I'm told that those plans are old and therefore out of their system (in writing too). The problem is that the terms of the plans purchased hadn't yet been reached.

Excellent customer service!!! They were very kind and helped me with my claims. So thankful I got a protection plan from Asurion. I will be sure to get protection plans from them from now on.

I recently had the pleasure of working with MARLON who helped me reactivate my SIM card after it was inadvertently erased while I was attempting the data and app transfer from my old iPhone 13 Pro Max to my new iPhone 16 Pro Max by following the online step-by-step guide for setting up the new iPhone. Because of this issue I requested online support from Verizon/Azurion and Marlon was the expert assigned to me. The SIM reactivation process took about three hours, but I can confidently say that it was worth every minute.

From the moment I started the chat with Marlon, his patience and positive attitude made a stressful situation feel manageable. He went through each step, explaining what he was doing and why it was necessary. His expertise was evident, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about resolving my issue.

Valuable investment

Overall, I absolutely do suggest the protection plan (Amazon Complete Protect) to anyone... My issue, is only in the fact the website/app never function properly or at all, requiring claims to be filed and anything needing done via chat support and I can't view that I have the plan active on the website although it's shown as subscribed on my Amazon account. Support has always been fantastic and helpful in getting what I needed done, but that greatly limits my ability to file claims due to available times, vs being able to do everything online myself 24/7 like it was supposed to be possible to do . Still, it's worth it and I have no intention of dropping the plan over the minor hang-ups, just be glad if they can ever fix it!

Kerby was very helpful and quickly responded to my messages which I appreciated. Many times with chats you’re left wondering if the person is still there because they take so long to respond but Kerby responded right away and provided detailed instructions for me

I've bought several policies over the…

I've bought several policies over the years and never had to use one till now due to a vacuum that died. I did a chat session and within minutes everything was handled, and done perfectly. I'm so glad I bought the policy and glad Amazon has partnered with such a great company.
