Could'nt be happier! Asurion was fast with replies, very very professional, very kind, and this place knows exactly what they're talking about. Definitley Iove this company!! Very glad my husband decided to purchase the protection plan, with having a young son, it was a great idea.

With my daughter being Autistic, she tends to get upset from time to time. She is non-verbal and uses an iPad with a speaking program to communicate. Before Asurion, I was paying crazy for replacing her iPads when she would break them. The Asurion plan has saved me so many times and I highly recommend it for anyone who tends to replace electronics quite a bit.

AMAZING SERVICE - I purchased a robot vacuum in early 2024 & for unknown reason it stopped working the following year. I had paid under $10 for a protection plan at the time...which I had forgotten about. When I contacted Asurion today and spoke with "Evelyn" who was possibly the most helpful & professional customer service rep I've encountered in a LONG time, Asurion not only filed the claim FOR ME via online chat but sent me a gift card for the full purchase price so I can purchase another. This whole experience was WIN WIN. Get the protection plan!!

Got insurance with asurion. Did get a refund of e gift card that I can only use on amazon. What if don't want to buy anything on amazon. I pd with debit card I would think that's way I would get a refund. Never buying anything that I have to buy insurance they want you to buy at amazon
