Overseas adapter

I was sold an adaptor for travelling to India which was the wrong adapter Fortunately my friend had the correct adapter bought elsewhere. When I provided feedback i was told that I should have contacted the hotels I was stating at the find out what adapter was required. Beware of this company.

Very poor customer service to online purchase.

I'm currently waiting on a reply to my request for a refund of a faulty product. I have followed up multiple times now. Each time met with an excuse. They have not returned a working product, or refunded as I have asked.

Ordered 4 lion 18650 batteries

Ordered 4 lion 18650 batteries. Received 2, one of which was defective.

Received 2 batteries without hassle, within 2 weeks of notification. Bought new charger and all batteries worked ok. 10/11/23 Upgrade 3 stars.

Very poor service

Very poor service. States 1-2 days dispatch on website however did not occur. Spoke to Customer Service via chat and on 2 occasions was promised it would be the next day which it wasn't. Don't be misled by the reviews here. Checkout product review for a clearer indication of this company.

Received delivery very fast

Received delivery very fast, I was concerned all was not with order but contacted customer service and was advised it's all packed together. My granddaughter will be very excited when she get her first quality remote control toy :)
