My PC came on time and exactly as I ordered! The communication was good for me- and anytime I reached out I was responded to promptly. I bought it for the Sims 4, and it runs on Ultra with 50k gb+ of mods. Overall I’m very pleased with it and I feel more comfortable with upgrading it once needed since it’s a prebuilt :) thanks

Wanted a first gaming desktop for 14 year old son’s birthday, AWD-IT system based on intel 14440 and ARCB580 was perfect mix of price and performance. I’d looked at building myself from components but at this price getting it built by AWD was cheaper!

Very pleased with the system and son loves it.

Delivery was painless and good communication to update on delivery timescales.

Ordered a GPU, Case and Motherboard. The case and GPU were on time no issues but the motherboard was delayed by a lot and I had to write a negative review to get their attention since they don’t respond via email or phone call etc. they did end up sending me my motherboard and I’m absolutely delighted with it I just built my pc the other day and it works with no issues and it’s fantastic. I do think that there’s certain items they have listed as in stock but they’re actually not in stock and they end up ordering it overseas which is fine but I think this should be something that’s noted on the website so the customers knows what they’re buying. Just some constructive criticism but all in all they’re a fantastic service and will be buying from them again for sure. I have removed my negative review.

Avoid at all costs!

Ordered motherboard with cpu and cooler on 12.01.2025. Still not dispatched, last week customer support answered to me and said that order will be dispatched in 2-3 days which didn't happen. I'd recommend to avoid this company and buy from other websites. My order number is #100882104

Took forever to dispatch but item was on their supplier not them. Paid for royal mail next day but got upgraded to DPD next day (dispatched friday, delivered on saturday) for better tracking so appreciate that.

Great service, but…

My delivery stated 6-7 working days to…

My delivery stated 6-7 working days to arrive this has passed and my order hasn’t arrived yet. This wouldn’t be a problem if the customer service team actually responded or picked up the phones. No update on my order and now I starting to worry that it may be faulty once it arrives after looking at other reviews.

Lack of communication

Very poor response time, I had called up about a refund and cancellation whilst in the store, the man said yes, he took my order number, and said oh yeah, your all good, my order apparently will be delivered today regardless, in addition to the call I had also sent an email, and alongside all those problems, the tracking number they have sent doesn't exist

Criminal Organization

Purchased a CPU and Motherboard (both listed as in-stock) 0 updates were made on the order, dpd was told they were expecting a parcel to mislead me into thinking items were sent. Contacted them over 40 times of a mobile number linked to my order number, never answered the phone once. Called from my friends and mothers phone and they answer straight away.

The first time i contacted them they said everything was sent and on the way.

The second time i contacted them they coerced me into a cheaper motherboard because the one i bought and was previously told was already sent was not in stock. They promised me if i took the cheaper motherboard both the board and processor will arrive the next day. Nothing arrived.

Contacted them again and they eventually tell me the CPU i ordered is not in stock and i have to wait till the end of February.

I cancelled the orders and was assured i would receive a refund confirmation by the end of the day.. guess what they failed to send one.

I looked at reviews and seems this company has failed to deliver 90% of orders since the beginning of December. 100% ignoring the mobile number linked to my account. Complete dishonest and fraudulent behaviour over the phone. I will be making further complaints to the Financial services.

Also all of this stuff that was confirmed to be out of stock and on order till late February is still being sold on the website as in stock.

How many red flags do you need.

Delivery time…

The pc was looking like a bargain however after ordering was promised a 6-7 day delivery, no updates whatsoever a whole 11 days later (8 working days) and trying to contact customer service im given automated messages

No obvious progress and no response to question of time frame!

I ordered a motherboard and cpu bundle. The bundle did not include ram, so that was ordered as well as an M2 ssd.
All items were / are in stock, so paid for Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Although no email update has been received, the order has remained "Processed" for more than 24 hours.
Raised a ticked asking for clarification of the despatch date..
The bank transaction has completed, but no update has been received and there is No indication of time frame.

Been having a problem with the pc

Been having a problem with the pc, have been in contact with these via email, as when you call it just rings, then call dropping as ringing for so long,
Online chat doesn’t work either!

Been trying to get the pc working for over a week I think now, as they have said to try different things, but still not working! Problem is it takes so long for any replies. Need this sorted asap, as the pc is needed for my son’s university work. I suspect the motherboard is at fault.

Just wish they would answer the phone, as the emails are taking too long.

I ordered a gaming pc and i was sent that the order would take 6-7 working days but i haven’t received any tracking updates other than one email on the day i ordered it saying it was processed. 6 days later it is still processed
