DO NOT USE ELECTRO CENTRE LTD, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES

I was telephone at 6.45am to say my fridge freezer would be delivered in the afternoon, it took a while to understand the person on the phone as their english was extremely poor. The fridge freezer arrived and I was told that it would be left on the kerb as they do not deliver in the house, I asked them how i was meant to get it into my kitchen as i had a baby in my arms and i am also registered disabled, they didnt seem to care. I said that i would refuse delivery and order from Argos or comet as they deliver into the house. The man rang his manager and i was told that i would have to pay £90 if i refused delivery in a rude tone of voice which again was very poor in the English language. Please do not order from such an awful company which does not believe in any sort of customer services.

Excellent Service! Will Recommend!

2nd July i ordered my new Samsung LED tv, 3rd July sales phoned about 4pm asking if they could deliver on Saturday, Perfect! Driver phoned in the morning to let me know he will be with me between 3-4pm. Driver arrived just after 3pm, brought my TV into my living, opened the box for me to check to see if the tv is a 100% (not damaged in transit). All round perefect service, will highly recommend.

Electro Centre Ltd t/a digital-point.co.uk unable to honour a order

I am luck enough not have been duped by this unprofessional company, Electro Centre Ltd t/a digital-point.co.uk

Like many we saw the TV we wanted at a good price, so we went for it on a finance basis, we ordered from Electro Centre Ltd t/a digital-point.co.uk but the finance application did not go through which was ok as we were going to put it on card.
When we notified Electro Centre Ltd t/a digital-point.co.uk that we wanted to complete the order on card, "surprise surprise" the price of the TV was increased. We had an order number and are intent to buy was confirmed with a follow up email confirming I would be purchase through card.
The really unprofessional and lack of customer service came with a simple no solution answer email from Electro Centre Ltd t/a digital-point.co.uk ...

“I AM SORRY BUT THE PRICE OF THIS PRODUCT HAS BEEN INCREASED TO £7... WE ARE UNABLE TO HONOUR THE PREVIOUSE PRICE.”

Of course all we can think is lucky we didn't have to deal with Electro Centre Ltd t/a digital-point.co.uk through the rest of the purchase stages.
All I can say is to the response from Electro Centre Ltd t/a digital-point.co.uk is to be able to honour a price you have to first be honourable!
