DO NOT USE ELECTRO CENTRE LTD, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES
I was telephone at 6.45am to say my fridge freezer would be delivered in the afternoon, it took a while to understand the person on the phone as their english was extremely poor. The fridge freezer arrived and I was told that it would be left on the kerb as they do not deliver in the house, I asked them how i was meant to get it into my kitchen as i had a baby in my arms and i am also registered disabled, they didnt seem to care. I said that i would refuse delivery and order from Argos or comet as they deliver into the house. The man rang his manager and i was told that i would have to pay £90 if i refused delivery in a rude tone of voice which again was very poor in the English language. Please do not order from such an awful company which does not believe in any sort of customer services.
