Simply put, a company like this shouldn’t exist in 2024.
My case is simple: I placed an order, made a mistake with the shipping address, contacted customer service immediately, tried to correct it before even receiving the order confirmation, sent emails to support every 4 hours, called the phone number which is useless, filed a complaint with PayPal, and now I just have to wait for those saints at PayPal to refund me because honestly, I don’t know where that mattress will end up 🤷
Oh! And regarding the company, know that no one from Emma has ever responded.
MOLTO INSODDISFATTO. I prodotti dovevano arrivare entro il 20/12/23 (ordine e pagamento 29/11/23) e oggi 8/1/24 ancora nulla. Il sistema di tracking non è aggiornato e il customer service mi ha promesso una risposta al problem 20 giorni fa, ma anche qui nulla, e il chatbot al momento è disattivo. Ho già chiesto annullo e rimborso a paypal.
VERY DISSATISFIED. The products were supposed to arrive by 12/20/23 (order and payment 11/29/23) and today 1/8/24 still nothing. The tracking system is not updated and the customer service promised me a response to the problem 20 days ago, but again nothing, and the chatbot is currently down. I have already requested cancellation and refund from paypal.

I ordered one of their premium pillows…
I ordered one of their premium pillows ( the diamond one) and luckily enough i checked the fabric composition. I was expecting my pillow to be made of 65% polyester, 32% lyocell, 3% elastane, however it was 98% polyester and 2% elastan, exactly as the their basic pillow. I feel cheated as there is no way to differentiate between the two and the customer service only made me lose extra time, first confirming my concerns and ultimately denying everything.

Mattress impossible to return
We ordered Emma hybrid mattress in January and we received it really quickly. However, after trying it for some nights, we decided it was too soft for us and wanted to return it.
I contacted customer service and quickly scheduled the pick up from the courier. Emma sent us a big plastic bag to put the mattress into and prepared the mattress for shipping.
Today was the third date we scheduled with the courier for the pickup, but on these three dates the courier never showed up. So we have been trying to return the mattress for over a month, unsuccessfully. On three different dates I had to stay at home, waiting for the courier, but nothing happened.
You might argue that this is the courier 's fault, but still. I cannot contact courier, only Emma customer service. Will we be able to return the mattress and get a refund? I hope so, since in the meantime we ordered a different mattress.

This is the worst company I have ever…
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered 2 items on the 28th of August and was told it would take 2 weeks. For the first 2 weeks they kept telling me they could not find my payment. Then they found the payment and I never received the items. Finally, I cancelled the order on the 7th of November and still have not received my refund. Will never use them again.
